Shopped for a new lawn mower this morning. The staff was so helpful from the time we were deciding on the model to the ones who loaded it on the cart, helped us at checkout and loaded our purchase in the car. What a great shopping experience. All businesses should look to them for a model for customer service.

Gabriel in lumber was very helpful and courteous. We bought two doors today, and Gabriel assisted us with putting it on the cart and then into our truck. We really appreciate his kindness and assistance during our shopping experience today.

Excellent experience the last few times in the garden shop but this review is about getting a new water heater. Service was excellent. I placed an online enquiry for a quote and called back within 20 mins. Salesman set everything up and sent text messages for updates following order. Contractor was out the next day and set up new heater and took the old one for discarding. Price was excellent and contractor service was Iron City Plumbing and could not be happier with their service.

Absolutely love this location! Associates are friendly and helpful. I make sure to compliment those in the garden center every time I go in, because their plants are well cared for, unlike some other locations. Great folks!

Came in, found what i needed right where it was supposed to be. Managed to avoid temptation of all the goodies lol, checked out and was back in my car all in 10 minutes on a busy day. Ya gotta love this place

Glen was so helpful tonight! We had a shower leak and he knew just what to do! He was very nice and informative.

Me and my dad asked an employee for help and he was really enthusiastic about it. I later saw him in the store and he was smiling a bunch, helping customers. Really awesome guy 👍

Ran in for a saw blade,I knew where to go so it was easy to find. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes!

it has everything(tools and hardware) that you need. The workers are very nice and will help you find what you need.

I went to search for window tint and motor oil , I was asked if I found everything that I was looking for or needed. I wasn't too thrilled with all the self checkouts. Too many people needs jobs in this world.

If you like home improvement or you are a handy man go to Lowe's. They got all the handy man's needs whatever you can think of for a usual minor fix up or decent fix up and even some stuff for a major fix up. I shopped at Lowe's for boards to rebuild my house's foundation. In short they have everything shop at Lowe's.

The place my husband loves to spend a lot of money at. Flower selection is always nice. Help is hard to find at times. But the ones that have helped have always been super nice.

We pre paid for some items and came back the next day to pick them up and there was a very nice and helpful lady named Mia at the customer service desk, she was hustling getting us our stuff and even helped us load it. Very outstanding customer service today Mia!

They had what I needed in stock when other stores were out of stock. Good experience.

I love shopping at Lowe’s

I needed a replacement part for my bathroom sink so I walked around and couldn't find it so I asked an associate named Charlie and he stopped what he was doing and walked me straight to the part I needed. I am a happy customer of Lowes because of the many replacement parts and very helpful Lowes employees. A++++

This is by far, my favorite Lowe's. Every single person asked if we needed help and then immediately got whatever we needed, with efficiency and calm. I will not go to any other!

Me and boyfriend bought our first house and came to this Lowe’s to buy paint to paint our new home. Jasmine, who was at the paint desk was so helpful! She was funny and kind. We really enjoyed talking to her while waiting on all the paint.
