We love Home Depot in LJ 🫶 every employee is helpful and friendly. Especially, the kitchen & tile department.
And of course, the cute fuzzy employee as you enter (laying on the Toro tractor) 🐈‍⬛🩵🩵🩵

Recieving was very nice and helpful with getting my flatbed of mulch unloaded. Better service than recieving at Lowes.

Clean store with friendly staff. I order most materials online and the order is ready when I arrive. I order alot, and it helps to have materials at the front door ready to load. The prodesk is helpful and the store always has everything I need to get the job done right. Plus, as a Veteran I get an extra 10% discount, and recognized for my service. Thank you Home Depot.

My wife and I recently bought a Samsung washer and dryer set from home depot. The salesman AL was top notch and very informative on the product we purchased. Would definitely buy here again!

Interesting dynamics going on with the staff working the floor. As a frequent shopper, I understand how, normally, the employees don't ask if you need help, but as soon as I ask, they go above and beyond in helping me find what I need. The older gentlemen often recommend an alternate way of doing something, and usually easier, when I can't find what I need. The paint department is the best.

Mandy from lumber is one of the most spectacular employees at Home Depot. Her job is in lumber, yet this woman helped us out with all of our needs in flooring. I tried calling the store manager to complement her as well but no one ever answered the phone. She most definitely needs a raise and promotion..

Reuben was the best! He kindly assisted us with a after hours rental return. Awesome 😀

Amazing customer service! I had an emergency today and had to purchase a fridge immediately. James C in flooring was available to help and did so every step of the way! Kuddos to James, Cody, Amanda and everyone else at the Lake Jackson Home Depot that stepped up and cared for a share holding customer! People that care truly do exist!

I need to give thanks to to staff in lake Jackson. Jeffrey, one of the night mangers was incredibly helpful. I was in a jam there at a job site ran out of cleaning material. I call and explain my situation to Jeffrey and he had to store stay open late so I can purchase material to complete my job. Home depot is very fortunate to have a team member like Jeffrey. Employees like him are hard to find.

They always have a fresh selection of houseplants to add to my hoard.

At Home Depot, I never really have any problem finding the things I need to fix the problems at home. Not only the parts, but the tools to do the job also.

The guys told me the exact location of an odd ball item as well as a few other things

I find nearly everything that I need for my house, shop, and yard. My property would be overrun with insects, critters, and weeds without Home Depot. Love the credit service and military discount, too.

I had the best experience there today I am really really want to write a review to tell!! Mr.Billy who works at the wash machine station are the nicest person I had ever meet in all the Home Depot I ever been to, he was so nice, so sweet and so patience. He know everything about his station and answered all my questions. We bought a washer and dryer, it took about an hour to finish everything and he was off by the time we were done already( almost 6p.m.), even though he was there since 8 a.m., but he was still so nice and helpful, thank you so much Mr.Billy!!! You are the best and you made Home Depot a such amazing store 😭 thank you !!!

Huge inventory and friendly, helpful staff. I went in with a special problem and was able to fit together a combination of pieces that should fit perfectly. Also found two outside light fixtures that will provide needed illumination without creating more light pollution in the sky.

Y'all have helped us build our forever home and given us large discounts for every truckload of materials and we are so thankful to have you in our lives as our go-to for all our building needs. You also make it fun for us to decorate with so many colors and different materials to choose from. Thanks again for your beautiful staff at each store eager to help us make wise decisions. Our U.S. location is Richwood Texas and Mr Billy helped me so much today even though it wasn't his department he talked to me about blinds for our windows and gave me some good advice that I can run with and a big decision about our decorating needs and he had the nicest country accent and made me feel comfortable and he is so patient I really appreciate him. Mrs Leslie in flooring helped us with the perfect blinds for our new home. She was very patient and delightful. She really took the time with personal interest in the needs of my family with print outs so that we are prepared for any future needs as well. So excited to continue using OUR Home Depot in Lake Jackson as well as Mexico. Please keep on staff these amazing friends who are so helpful and kind and make our experience TRUELY enjoyable!!!!😁😁
