Allie was amazing and professional, she went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. A very friendly staff.

I visited today to send off a set of golf clubs, and I was completely unsure on how to ship, the owner Susan greeted me as I walked in. She was very friendly and her employee jenneta(so sorry I can’t remember the spelling )was absolutely outstanding at answering my questions promptly and even help me wrap up the club heads and box them. They both were very nice friendly and informative and I will 100% go back for all my shipping it. Thank you so much and outstanding job!!!!! We need more business owners like this!!!

Great every time I visit! Staff is friendly, and service is quick. Usually I’m picking up packages, every now and then I send one out, but the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience.

Owner and staff have always been friendly and helpful. I run a business and stop in frequently. I was just checking their hours and saw the low ratings. I'm shocked by all the people expecting free labels, tape, and other things... they should realize these all add up for a business owner. You're not dealing with the corporate giant (UPS), you're dealing with a small town small business owner (store owner) who has to absorb those costs. If you can print at home, or go Office Depot to get your own supplies, then don't be mad when you get charged $3 for a service. Anyway, great service, nice workers, and convenient location!

Lady in the morning was so nice, telling me about my package and what I need to ship it also their was an older lady their who was having trouble with her package and she was an absolute angel helping her with her package and calming her down! Awesome service!!

Great costumer service! We drove all the way to lake Jackson since we had a horrible experience at the pearland location, the staff here where very friendly and helpful, the manager came out and said she would assemble a box to fit our huge package using two boxes since they don’t have boxes the size of our package. they looked to be pretty busy and they still took their time to help us with the package we had which was huge and heavy and fragile, thank you!

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The store is always clean and organized as well.

They happily accept pre-paid UPS packages (Amazon returns for example) and provide drop off receipts.

They also provide packing services for a fee and also have a full range of packing materials for sale if you wish to do it yourself.

During the busy holiday season lines were common but they handled customers quickly which meant only a little time was spent standing in them.

They may have a corporate store name but they operate like a local business when it comes to working with the community.

I rent a private mailbox with them. It's nice to know that my mail and packages are safe from 'porch pirates'. The staff is are always super friendly and helpful when I come in to pick up my mail. Keep up the great work : )

Great service! Definitely would recommend going to this location, all employees were very nice, welcoming, helpful etc.! They helped me with all my needs, can’t be more grateful :)

Jeanette was extremely helpful and kind. She helped me print a book a needed asap even though I uploaded it incorrectly. She helped me so much and I greatly appreciate her persistence. Final product was perfect! Thank you.
