I never really review places, but I must commend the staff of this location (220 Washington Rd, South Hills, PA 15216) as they were immensely helpful and nice. Doug, who I believe is one of the managers, helped me with installing a bulb for my turn signal. I know this is something that most of these stores do, but he was quick, efficient, and more importantly, very nice. I just want to thank him for making a rough weekend end on a good note with his kindness and help!

Stopped today after work to get replacement headlight bulbs. Got a good price on a 2 pack AND $10 rewards to boot. Charles, took super great care of me and got dirtied up to change both bulbs right there in the parking lot so I wasn't riding dirty on my way home. I know I could have gone to Walmart, to save a few dollars....but I wouldn't have received such great service. This lady feels much better driving home.. THANKS CHARLES😁

Needed a headlamp for my Civic. I don’t know his name, but he was extremely helpful and knew exactly what I needed within seconds. I know it’s only a headlight, but still was a fast/great experience 👍

5 star experience. I bought windshield wipers and they installed them for in about 2 seconds. I had a day of worry disappear. I can’t thank the staff enough. Very friendly and knowledgeable!

I went in there on Monday, January 24 around 6pm. It was freezing and snowing. I had to replace a broken wiper blade because I could not see at all. The employee who waited on me volunteered to put the new blades on. The broken blade had a piece stuck so it wasn't easy. I told him he could just let it go and I would deal with it tomorrow but he didn't quit and he fixed it. I am so grateful to him. He was so nice and friendly. I appreciate his customer support. 2 year old battery having issues - replaced as a warranty item with ease, much appreciated. Wife needed new windshield wiper blades too, Matthew got the items, 3 different sizes, rang me up and then proceeded to install them for my wife. Great experience and great customer service.

A short time ago I visited this store on the way home from my daughter's basketball game because my check engine light was on. This has been a recurring thing and a great irritation to me. I was greeted by a gentleman named Levin and he was fantastic. After performing the diagnostic he thoroughly explained the issue, helped me take care of it, and walked me through exactly what to do if this happened again. And I feel completely confident about handling it. He was cheerful, polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond my expectations and I am very grateful. A fantastic experience and kudos to Levin.

Thanks for the gentle man in the store helping me find out the lighter to celebrate my birthday. We went approximately 8:55pm, near the time they closed. What a narrow escape!

The staff was (I think their names may have been Todd and John) excellent and so very helpful and kind. I needed a new battery, they were closing but still provided me with outstanding customer service which is so difficult to get anymore, in my opinion, unfortunately.
