Went ro like 6 different vape shops today on veterans day all of them but one was price gouging people $60 for novo 3 which is outrageous but then came here to vapor sensations in benbrook finally a place where they didn't price gouge me novo selling for $34.99 good deal great prices I 100% encourage yall to come visit for your vape needs also some 50% off vape machines come check them out military discounts also best vape shop in town I always say what I feel I don't hold back if yall know me by now thanks again to vapor sensations for supporting our troops and taking care of us

This is the absolute best vape shop that my wife and I have found! We have tried many others. We live in Cedar Hill and make the 40 minute drive when we need juice or hardware. If we didn't honestly believe it was the best shop in the DFW area, why would we make such a long drive? Also, you couldn't find nicer people than the two who own and run the business. Very helpful and friendly!

Oh my, can I just say that they were so helpful! I needed help with my vape and they took the time to fix it for me and helped me pick a flavor that was made in house. I'm not going anywhere else. This place is fantastic.

This shop has phenomenal service and phenomenal Delta8 THC products. They are very knowledgeable and only carry top notch products. If you haven't tried their Happy Shaman products then you are really missing out. I have never felt more energetic and euphoric as I did when I ate a gummy. I was so alert yet chill...so elevated yet grounded...

I stopped in here as a first time buyer and I'm glad I did. Andy was friendly, helpful, and patient. He answered all of my questions and went the extra mile by asking me many in turn to make sure I got products that I'd enjoy. If you're thinking about making the switch from cigarettes or even just looking for a place to satisfy your vaping needs, I'd definitely recommend dropping in.

I love this store. Their in house juices are phenomenal, the staff is knowledgeable and they always treat people with respect and courtesy. I am blind, and whenever I have gone in to buy a product, they make sure that I know how to operate it before I leave the store. You can't beat real customer service. And they are always happy to see my service dogs, too.

They make there own juice and it's exactly to your liking. Andy helped me through everything to make sure I found what I was looking for. Best customer service i have gotten for some time now. I remember coming here 3 or 4 years ago, and it was awesome. Just got back into vaping, and I live right down the road, so naturally I went back. Its exactly as awesome as I remember. The shop was great!!!! But Andy was the best. Extremely knowledgeable took the time to guide me through the juices. I'm trying to take the last steps to quit smoking ciggys completely and he explained things to me fully. I felt 100% comfortable with the experience. Best vape shop I've been to. Family owed, and the son helped me and my boyfriend both get new set ups. He was very attentive to what we wanted, and wasn't pushing anything on us, he just wanted to make sure we left happy.

This shop was great. The people working there put customer service above all. They answered all the questions I had. If you are new to vaping they can help you get started and learn the basics. But what really stood out to me were the juice flavors they make. I usually buy name brand juice but after trying theirs I've changes to the in house flavors. Great experience over all. A+++

Omg honestly hands downs the best vape store I have ever been to. The customer service is amazing along with great prices seriously the cheapest place I have been to especially compared to other big name competitors. And the man you need to talk to is Andy he is so knowledge about everything I needed and didn't make me feel stupid in any kind of way. For sure this is my place go for now on. Best Vape shop in town. 10/10 in my eyes. I know the owner personally. This is a family owned shop and it’s unfortunate that the lady below feels otherwise. Dealt with the owner there for about 6 years and they treat all their customer with respect and like family. He has helped me out so many times when I couldn’t afford a bottle of juice or coils. These guys go out their way. I’m sure they’re not gonna complain about 5 dollars down the drain. It’s just a moral thing with the owner. But aside from that, great shop!

I've been coming here for years now. Today I had a problem with one of my mods and Andy knew exactly what to do to fix it. He even gave me the replacement parts. The service is always AMAZING, but it was especially great today. Their knowledge of their products, or just vapes in general, is out of this world. They treat you like family at Vapor Sensations. This will forever be my go to Vape shop!

I have been a customer for over four years, I will never go anywhere else. The owners are so nice and very knowledgeable about their products. I have never left the store disappointed about anything. I would give 10 stars if available.

This is the only place to go. Family owned and operated, but more than anything they're all great people. I can call ahead and they will get my juice ready, and sometimes when I am not gonna make it before they close, they will give the juice to a friend or family member and allow me to pay on my next visit. You will not find better people to do business with. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. This place is family owned and operated and I mean mom, dad, and son. All three are super nice and will spend as much time with you as you need. Their prices are very competitive and in some cases, cheaper than everyone else. Love these guys and will be a life long customer.

Great service! They even shipped to us in Wisconsin. Great selection of juices...my favorite strawberries and cream. No other vape shops carry that flavor. We were ecstatic when we found out they'd ship to us. Very friendly staff!
