At 5 am, a rude woman woke me up with a significant knock on the truck. She said it was paid parking. I asked how much? she replied $25. I gave her $25 dollars and she went to get the check. He came back and said that it was not 25 dollars, but 29 dollars! Since I'm not Rockefeller's son, I said return the money and I'll leave. she returned the money but became even more rude. She said she would call the police and collect money from the company. avoid this place!

Got woken up right before 4:30 am from a tow company

When I asked him where was the sign...
he got crazy, started recording and threaten to call the cops

I told him that the sign should be in the front so when drivers park they can see it

There is only 1 sign and it's faded

That's placed right under the light in the back of the trailers

So on top of it being faded... there is a glare

Cant even see it from the mirrors and it was close to us

All 3 cashiers never mentioned it was paid parking

Ladies restroom had both toilet clogged

Worst truck stop ever! They charge $28.50 for parking and all of the spots are blindside backing. Lots of things in your way like curbs or pumps. I will NEVER stop here again! Not even to scale. Only good thing I can say is at least as soon as I parked the tow guy drove up to me and told me it was paid parking. So I left without giving them any of my money.

For Semi trucks, black man with a small red truck will wake you up in the middle of the night and wants to charge $27. They have no signs on the parking lot that you need to pay for parking and try to get you to pay $27 a night, which is reductions. Leave and park somewhere else. Don’t do Businesses with this gas station because they are robbing/taking advantage of truck drivers with overnight parking. $27, I can’t believe it.

I parked my semi truck here over the weekend. I came back Monday morning and someone broke into my truck and five other semi trucks. I filed a police report and when the cops arrived they asked store employees to see video from the security cameras but was told only the manager had excess to them. I left my phone number so that management could call but three weeks went by without a call. Don't park or do any business with this place. They charge $17 a day to park here so you would think the least they could do is help catch the crooks that broke into our semi trucks.

Will absolutely never shop here again. So upset that I allowed them to cheat me. Please save yourself the trouble and visit another convenience store because this one is not convenient at all. Prices are much more expensive here and the owner has trash customer service on returns. Worse decision I gave made in Houston!

Owner is very rude and shouldn't be serving the public if he doesn't want the business that comes with it . needs new management. do NOT buy chargers here they do NOT work. (9.99 at the swift down the road )

This is not a truck friendly place. Do not try to back in here. Less than minimal space unless there's only few trucks there you can pull in. There's a small sign that you can barely see. They have unwritten and verbal rules just waiting for you to screw up. The parking space is very small and hazardous to do any backing maneuver. They have a very mean tow trucking company as a stakeout. They don't have any curteousy at all to give directions on their unwritten or verbal rules. No security is provided...park at you own risk. Very mean place. If you have to fuel...just fuel and go.

If I could put a 0, I would.. I am a truck driver, parked overnight,... I was not informed that it is paid parking. They knock on my door, woke me up and said that I had to pay $27. Their station socks, no soap to wash hands in the restroom.

Wish I could give a zero. Here visiting from Pennsylvania and this store has the worst customer service. I recommend you gou to one of the other gas stations stores in the vicinity. Worst place I've been in Houston.

Ask them to extend parking by 2 hours and told me I have to pay the full price. It's better if you just park in flying j

Ridiculous! We rented a Hybrid and put $5 and it supposedly gave us 1.5 gallons which is about 60miles and it didnt give us NOT 1 MILE. WE WERE AT 24, AND WE DROVE OFF AND IT WAS 24. WE THOUGHT maybe it will read it once we drive off...NOPE DONT DO IT. @AMAZON YALL MAY BE GETTING RIPPED OFF
