RTIC Outdoors Retail Store

After doing a very deep and diligent search for a ice chest/cooler that met my needs, I think I'll be very content with my purchase for the next 10 or 20 years. I don't take it lightly when I lose power and have to throw away everything in the fridge. As someone who lives in an upstairs condo and doesn't hunt or fish, this purchase was more about saving food and drinks if a hurricane or similar knocks my electricity out for a week like what happened in 2020. A generator isn't an option so this is the next best cost-efficient option. I wasn't going to sell my soul to Yeti nor for an Orca. I did consider Casegator as well. Wow! What a cool store! Didn’t expect this place to be so massive and well put together. Employees were beyond helpful and went to the back to look for a specific dinosaur cup that my son had to have. Made his day. Great prices and insane selection. Stopped in from out of state and glad I did!

I love this place! They have great deals on everything so if you're looking for a tumbler, mug, cooler or whatever, definitely stop by and check it out. They even have a clearance section with some spectacular bargains. It's always organized and tidy with everything wonderfully displayed. The staff is friendly and helpful. 😃

Nice variety of items, very good prices, and friendly and helpful employees. I love RTIC! Definitely my go-to brand. My favorite is their ceramic lined cups! The only negative I have is that I just wish some items had more variety of colors.

This is a well stocked factory store that has a wide selection of every type of insulated cooler, mug, bottle, cup, bowl and accessories that you can think of. They even have stainless steel insulated plates.

I didn’t know what to expect going into the store but I realized that the quality and selection at the store fat exceeded the expectations I had.

I’ve been a long time buyer of this brand. This was my first time going to the actual store. The way they merchandise is incredible. Their products are work horses and look very stylish too.

Store is so clean and well organized. They had a really good selection of clearance items in the back. We drove from out of town to visit this store and we enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend checking the store out. Their products are great as well. My husband has a lunchbox that’s lasted him 3 years & it still looks & functions great.

I laser engrave flag cases for fallen veterans and occasionally I’m asked to engrave tumblers. I’ve never been to an RTIC facility before, but I needed some last minute gifts for some fellow Veterans and a Marine buddy took me to the one in Houston. Gorgeous facility with plenty of color choices and item options. I was so excited, I bought more than I intended and they all engraved beautifully! Kudos, RTIC! You made this sailor very happy!

Excellent little shop for your RTIC needs. The displays are helpful and not over crowded. The staff is courteous and ready to assist. There is also a small clearance section with perfectly good items at 20%off.

The kids had fun seeing all the xl stuffed animals. The hubby and I were happy to see some new products and as always super low price! Love my new cocktail insulated cup with the rubber bottom! I highly recommend checking out this store, save some money instead of purchasing full retail!

Their store is spacious and cool. The have all of their products and always have availability of them all. Prices are reasonable compared to other brands.

There's not one trip we make to this store and we walk out empty handed lol. The store is giant has a full inventory and what my kids love the most is all the diff colors they have!! Big variety of cups and coolers all colors all sizes. Love love rtic and the prices are so cheap.

Awesome coolers etc. You get a really nice discount if you come to the facility in person. Prices are cheaper than online. The staff is very polite and helpful. The coolers are well made and keep your drinks nice and cold.

Don't buy Y#iti , get RTIC . THE products are of better quality and the retail store allows you to get a visual on the size. It's worth the stop

Broke the lid off my 20oz cup and went to get a replacement and the store is huge compared to a few years ago. Great selection of goodies. Bought some clearance stuff too. Service is great. 👍

What an amazing fresh retail concept. Attended opening day with lines of people and a unique shopping experience. If you are looking for any of the RTIC cooler products you need to make it by the store.

This is their flagship factory store so kinda fun to visit for that reason alone. Great quality products 2/3 the price of the competition. They seem to be still working out kinks in their lids as they keep changing them but seem to be getting better and their accessories are much cheaper than the competition (which I assume is Yeti). Good place to visit if you want to see all their new and latest products and the prices are great.
