I filled up my tank on a Sunday afternoon. Not too much traffic. After fueling up I got the cheap $8 car wash. It did a pretty good job. One of the lights indicating the car wash is completed is out though. Check out the video for more info.

This is the shell/7/11. Worse gas station. Pumps dont work and they dont accept online offers

I’ve gone to this 7-11/shell for years, and this last year I’ve stop going due to the products in the fridge go past best sell date by weeks. I Recently went in sense it was on my way home and yet again try to buy some chocolate milk and the large bottle expired 12-02-2021 the small bottle expired 12-08-2021 and it’s 12-10-2021. This is not okay expired food can cause serious damage to peoples health. Need to practice better protocol on fridge maintenance

I visited this location Friday 11/30 around 4:30 PM after a long day at work. I usually pick up my son from school at 4:45 so I figured I had enough time to get a quick car wash. I paid $10 for their highest level car wash and proceeded to drive in. It sprayed water on my wind shield and then stopped. I called the store from inside of the car wash... I wasn't sure how to exit it (forward or backward) and I wanted them to restart it. The customer service rep/asst manager was rude over the phone and stated that she could give me a car wash code but I'd have to come in. I told her I'd rather not because my toddler was in the car and it's a hassle. But she said, "I ain't giving you no code over the phone". I pulled up in front of the store and got my toddler out and walked in. I asked for a refund because I was dissatisfied with her poor service. She refused because I had chosen the "no receipt option" when I paid. She stated I'd have to come back the next day between the hours of 6am and 2pm so the owner could refund my money. I said, "ok nevermind I'll take the code". She looked at her computer for awhile, pressed some buttons, made a phone call from behind the register, then went to the back while still on the phone. She came back around 3 minutes til 5pm to tell me I needed to wait 15-20 more minutes so that someone could come the the Shell location to restart the carwash. I was pretty upset because the visit to the "convenience store" had already lasted 30 mins and she was nonchalant about adding another 15-20 mins. I took out my phone to document what happened and who I spoke to. I turned the camera on her as she was yelling at me. I'm 40 and she repeatedly referred to me as a girl, she asked if I knew how to count when I stated that I had been there for 30 minutes. ("Girl, stop lying... you ain't been here no 30 minutes... can you count?") She also stated that she never told me that she wouldn't refund the money which is a blatant lie. She also used profanity and yelled more insults at me in front of my child. I reported the incident to Shell and 7-11 and unfortunately I am still waiting for a refund.

1/13/21 @08:20AM: Cashier asking latino male for his ID to purchase Monster vitamin drinks. Heard the cashier tell him because he wanted to see it, no reason for this to occur.

Nitro cold brew doesn’t work. It’s the only reason I stop at 7/11.
