I Went to look at plant selection on 3/27/24. It just blew
Me away, proven winners perennial plants and many vegetable bedding plants. Good prices and the staff was more than willing to answer questions, point out special items and assist.. they plan to continue to improve and increase their nursery plant selection.

What an amazing experience from an associate Brennan who help me fix my car tailgate screws that come to loose. He found the exact screws to hold my tailgate and installed it. He patiently handle a little difficult job for me. I really apprexiate the skills and the character . I always shop to this store at Dayton Boulevard. A really helpful place. Thank you Brennan job well done and you deserve more than an appreciation.

Next level customer service! Everyone I spoke with was more than happy to help me. A team leader, Jalen, went above and beyond to get me a key I needed. I will definitely come back and recommend this location.

Wonderful selection of plants this year. They have expanded the selection of annuals and perennials. The plants are well cared for while waiting for their new homes.

So I did not actually visit this store. I found it online because it was close to a family member who was in need of help. I called and talked to the assistant manager and I am so glad I did. He was more than willing to help and was extremely polite and professional. He went above and beyond to help. The products I purchased needed to be delivered to because my sister does not get around very well. He helped me set up delivery and was able to get it delivered quick! My sister told me that the delivery person was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous and deserves the best review possible. So, if great service is what you like, shop here. I and my sister are definitely happy and grateful. Thank you Elder's Ace for a job well done!!!!!!

Great local hardware store with friendly staff and a good selection. Definitely recommend checking this place out of you need any hardware related items.

Friendly and Helpful Staff. I am visiting family in town and went here with my mom to pick up some items for a trimmer. All of the employees greeted us with smiles and pointed us to the correct aisle. When we got to the aisle another associate was already there holding out the item we needed. It was amazing! What an enjoyable experience. Best customer experience I have had in years. Let's try to keep these places in business.

Also, I was urged to try the fudge at checkout. WOW!

I visited this Ace location a few weeks ago looking to get a few tools for a car repair project. Ben greeted me and was super helpful with helping me find the exact tools I was looking for. I even pulled up the YouTube tutorial video for the car repair to show him what I needed exactly, and he was patient, friendly, and incredibly helpful for me to make sure I had all that I needed. This Ace has incredibly friendly and helpful staff and I always look forward to visiting. Thanks for your help Ben – my project was successful thanks to your help!

I went to here to get a weed eater. Brian was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and patient. He helped me pick out a stihl battery powered weed eater. I recommend Brian and this ace to anyone and I’ll definitely be choosing them going forward

We have always had such a good experience at this store. The employees have always shown care and a willingness to be helpful.

Parking is terrible, but it helps me feel United with my community when I see the equal disdain on fellow parkers faces attempting to navigate this nightmare. I think it has helped me with patience. They are a friendly bunch indoors and are eager to help. More often than not, however, there is not enough help with getting checked out. Visit often and love the place overall.

I've never been in a store where the employees were so helpful. There was someone to help in every section of the store ready and waiting for questions.
It made for a quick in and out trip. But will be back when I have time to browse for sure!

The kind people at this Ace Hardware have helped me sometimes three times a day with various remodeling projects! I wonder sometimes how such a relatively small place almost always happens to have just what I need. The staff have been very helpful to me in figuring out some crazy old house plumbing issues along with countless other issues. I read a negative review about the paint department and have had the exact opposite experience. I have some rental houses and have bought a lot of paint there and have never had any problems, only the same helpful service as always. This place reminds me of a time before the big box stores when you had a relationship with the businesses you frequented and I'm very thankful for them.

I have been coming here for years, it is located in a convenient spot. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They point you in the right direction for whatever you may need. I probably should have got an Ace card after all these years since I use it so much. Helps out, specially if your just grabbing a few items quickly on your way home. I would recommend anyone passing by to stop in.

Friendly helpful staff. Smaller store but generally find what you need. Lots of cool unique specialty items. Best price on propane tank refills and overall pack a ton into that place. Frequent them to avoid Lowes or Home Depot.
