Much improved throughout the years! EXCELLENT customer service! Wish I could recall her name but the lady with lighter hair and glasses should be manager if she isn't. Everyone could take classes and tips from her. She gives her honest opinion based on children's age. She asks about lifestyle etc before making a sale. I never thought a shoe shopping experience would be this comfortable and entertaining I literally went 2 days in a roll just to buy shoes from her!

Found the shoes I needed at the price I can afford. Didnt like how the worker kept coming around me and my boyfriend like we were trying to steal something or she was checking out my bf. Im disabled. He was getting the shoes down for me. We never took more than 2 boxes down and those we took down would be put back before any more down.

My son insists on shopping here and we always get hi quality shoes that withstand the wear and tear. So that makes me a fan as well. Not to mention I Love To SAVE Money!!
