UPDATE:
Received the check 2 months after my review & my unpleasant convo with the "manager". Being that I myself am in sales as well I changed it from 1 stars to 2 because I do believe that their hands may be tied on product availability. But if that is the case they need to either stop showing these products on their site or give a much more realistic time frame. And lets face it, 5+ months is ridiculous. I eventually got my money back, however I am still fully convinced that had I not made a ton of calls, emails & this review I wouldn't have seen a penny.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
ORDERED IN MAY. You heard that right. MAY. Minimum of 8 weeks & I still hadn't seen anything in 5 months. I finally cancelled my order on 10/16 & requested a refund. Was told it would go back on my credit card in 7-10 business days. I wake up today to an email stating they are mailing a check. Which I'm sure will get "lost" and never show up just to delay the repayment. I'll be calling today to request a repayment on my card ASAP. I'll update my review after I get my refund.

I ordered lysol disinfectant 7 weeks ago. Was told order takes 6-8 weeks. When I inquired 7 weeks later was told there was no shipment date. I requested cancellation. They complied without hesitation.

I placed an order in May 2020 which was charged to my credit card at time of order. I was well aware that during pandemic it could be 90 days before delivery. After 90 days, I reached out and was told delivery unknown. I continued to reach out every month with no response, no offer of alternative product, no offer of refund. I contacted my credit card company. They investigated but can’t offer me refund since my complaint should have been filed within 60 days. This company should not be in business. They are a huge rip off. They should have not charged my card until product was shipped! Now they are living behind excuse that product (Lysol spray and wipes) are not available, but I have been purchasing them retail and from other sources for months now. Do not use this company. Better Business Bureau is next step.

I ordered from them online on 8/22. They claim an eight week lead time. Well, here we are at eight weeks and I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve tried emailing them multiple times this week using the “contact us” feature on their website, and each time I email them, I receive a return email which is just my own email bouncing back to me. So apparently, email (a technology we’ve been using since at least the mid-1990s) is entirely too much for them to handle, but they have no problem snapping up people’s money the second they hit “send” on their online orders. 🙄 I have seen their responses to other people’s reviews here, where they tell the customer to contact them - a convenient response when their customer service system is inoperable at best and nonexistent at worst. I am a public school teacher working 12 - 14 hours a day, seven days a week. I just want to cancel my order and have my money refunded; I don’t have the time to deal with this. Never mind that not receiving my order is literally a matter of life and death, as I’m basically on my own in terms of obtaining protective cleaning supplies and equipment for me and my classroom. TL;DR: Spare yourself this nightmare and shop elsewhere!

They accepted payment on the day I placed an order (May 31, 2020), claiming it would take 6-8 weeks to fill the order, and have given me the "backorder" runaround for over 11 months. I was finally able to convince them to give me a refund, in May of 2021, nearly a year later, for the order which they were never able to fill. Haven't yet received the refund, but I"m told it was processed. Would not order from them again.

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. I apparently ordered a product a year ago and received it today. I had canceled it at least 11 months ago and they still sent it. Now in order to receive a refund I’m supposed to pay to ship a 19lb order back at my expense. There is no way I am doing that. Shame on you Janeice Products. You are a rip off. Time to call the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT order anything from these people.

Ordered June 18, 2020, still have not received anything, however they charged me that day. I called about a month ago and she just said because they still don’t have the products. A company should not have use of our money with us not having benefit of the products. I’m going to cancel and request a total refund. Very upsetting. With all the stress that all of us have, we need some hope that some things are going to be somewhat trouble free.

Wish I could give zero stars. Placed an order July 8, was charged immediately. I e-mailed customer service at the 8 week mark and again now three months later to the contact link on their site both of which bounce back as my own e-mail with no company response. Seems like every other customer is having the same issue with this business. A scam.

15 weeks. No merchandise, BUT they take your money IMMEDIATELY and continue taking orders they cannot fill. And after a while, they stop responding to e-mails and block calls!! Request a refund? It takes 7-10 DAYS. Pandemic or not. Flu season or not. If you cannot fill orders, stop taking orders and people's money. One of the most inept companies with whom I've ever attempted to do business. Avoid like the caronavirus.

I recommend you avoid this outfit. I ordered a product, it was never delivered but they charged my credit card. When I asked when I could expect my shipment, they cancelled the order without explanation.

I ordered a bench grinder wheel two weeks ago that was stated as in stock on their website. It hasn't arrived so I called them and it seems it's really on back order and they said I should have received an email about this but of course I haven't. The woman didn't seem to care either.

They refuse to answer my emails and when calling their number, there is no answering machine and no one picks up. It goes straight to a busy signal. They took 64 bucks from me for an order I made and it has been weeks, with no delivery. Their shysters.

Unfortunately I waited over 6 months , till I just ask for refund. I was emailing and calling no one suggested any alternatives. Only response was refund when I called and emailed. Wish I was given an alternative!!
