Market Plus

My wife and I went in there the first time today. Yes the products are few on the shelf but considering they are setting themselves back up with products after having to remodel its totally understandable. A number of the prices we even noticed were lower than out in town. Considering this is a family owned business who's up against bigger chains that's amazing. The person we had today was very friendly. I'll definitely be back I don't know about anyone else but I grew up with mom and pop stores and will patronize them faster than the bigger corporations.

Staff are so friendly. Greeting you when you come in the door. Nice selection of fresh Local produce. Meats are delicious and are very reasonable in price for quality Angus beef. The Boneless, skinless Chicken breasts are all individually packaged so you can thaw & use just what you need. They are great on the grill! It is so nice to have a locally owned family grocery store convenient to Northwoods and local surrounding neighborhoods.

Very organized grocery store. It hasn't had it's grand opening as of writing this, but it is very similar to a IGA or Piggly Wiggly. Ironically the building used to be a Piggly Wiggly, and they are clearly still trying update from that style. Every visit so far has had pleasant staff and the most clean/organized grocery store anywhere remotely near by. Also an awesome place to find tall glass bottle sodas

They ALWAYS carry my favorite ginger ale (vernors), which I cannot find anywhere but back home up north. I love that I can always come here for it!

Best store for Hanukkah. Every experience here is genuine in the honor of our God, Elohim.

De todo

Have been one time and was fairly impressed. Not much different than the previous store that was located here, minus the signage and decor. Did not have a huge variety of items but carried the basics. Our cashier Crystal was very friendly and professional. Had every intention to return but they seem to be closed more often than not due to maintenance issues. Hopefully once resolved this store will thrive.

Pretty much like any discount grocery. Piggy wiggly, IGA you get the drift. Great prices, they had 80% chuck for 3.29lb customer service was decent and store was stocked with everything.

I love going here. The staff is friendly and the meat is good quality and good prices. I can't wait for more products to enter the store.

Was not impressed with first shopping experience. No ads, no website. Store seemed 60% stocked. Meat prices were high in my opinion. Not much competition for Food Lion. I spent 16 1/2 years shopping at IGA stores and supplying them. Was hoping for a more familiar format. Very small selection. Alot of Store brands were higher than Foodlion and Walmart. Spent 40 minutes in the store, and spent $11.00. Gotta do better!

This place has been big star, piggy wiggly, Harris teeter and back to piggy wiggly, im ready to give market plus a good chance I hope they stay in business for a long time

This place feels strange. I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there. Like I walked into a dimension that’s not my own. I don’t know, I started feeling sick after being in there for a little bit. The place feels cursed. Similar feeling as Liminal spaces.

It says it's temporarily clothes but looking at the building I would say it's permanently closed. At least it's not going to be opening anytime soon. So I'm not giving it one star because there's anything wrong with it? It's just not open for business.
