Banana Republic Factory Store

The customer service I received in this store was nothing short of exceptional. Lexi was so kind, helpful, and efficient at her job that I had to write this. She was understanding and lightened the mood when I was struggling to find pants in my size for a funeral. She quickly worked to help me, offering alternative solutions and kindly and emphatically responded to my concerns. I left the store with exactly what I needed. As a man, it is so rare to leave a store with a smile on my face. If anyone deserves a raise, it is Lexi. If I could have her be the store representative of every place I shopped, I would never have any complaints.

I called ahead to ask if they had a few suits in my sizes in stock. When I arrived they pulled them all for me! I found a great basic professional suit for my interview. I do not regret driving over an hour. Before this I went to every store carrying womens suits in my city, but did not accept leftovers( I’ll fitting, too short, too big). They had suits in black, maroon, grey and navy blue and plaid. I have a challenging to dress body shape(athletic without a small waist), but I found one!

Great store. Went here for the first time yesterday and found some camisoles, blouses, and a blazer for very reasonable prices. Most of the items were 50% off! I had a pleasant customer service experience as well. I will certainly be back here. I had the most luck at this store of all the stores in Tanger Outlets.

My husband will only wear 100% cotton which is a challenge with the prevalence of stretchy pants for men but we found 100% cotton pants for him here for a very reasonable price! Will be back next time he needs new pants but if only you had 100% cotton jeans as well.

We love this store. Brooke was especially helpful. She searched the store for our size and after exhausting all avenues, she got online and ordered what we needed to be shipped to our home at No charge. We will be back.,,,

This was the only store in the whole Tanger Outlets that had a well-stocked petites section with professional attire. I could not find a full petites suit in my size at any other store -- although Ann Taylor also had a decent petite selection. Literally no other store though, which was very frustrating.

They don’t really have anything that fits my moms style but the relaxed t-shirts are great for layering in the fall season. Very organized store but not much to choose from.

Great Selections for men. The colors in the mens kahki pants are phenomenal. Very rich in color.
