The UPS Store

Stopped in here on a Saturday. Line was out the door and I schoffed at what I thought was gonna be a long wait. 3 minutes later I was helped. Incredible, fast staff. Plus this store is actually staffed, with real people that work.
I’m not from the area and am dumbfounded myself why my urban local UPS cannot even touch the level of service here.
Very impressive- credit owed where credit is due and these employees are 5 stars excellent workers. They all need raises!

I went to the Bristol Street store in Elkhart today of UPS and a very nice lady named Ann, helped me get my Amazon order straightened out and shipped out in between helping other customers. I was so impressed that she was willing to do that I had already been to two other stores, just didn’t wanna go through it again. She was absolutely wonderful. You are very lucky to have her as an employee. Thanks again, Ann!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had unusual printing issues: the paper required by my college was no longer available because of supply chain issues, the online order wouldn't complete, etc. However, the staff worked with me over the phone and in person to complete my order within a couple of hours.

This place is AMAZING! They are ALWAYS so busy but the staff is always friendly and professional and they seem to handle the volume of neverending customers with ease. I never have to wait more than a minute to get all my shipping needs taken care of and I always leave with a smile. The best consistent customer service I've ever encountered.

I do a lot of shopping on Amazon and buy clothes online. I end up returning quite a bit of items and the employees here are always quick, kind and efficient. I visited a different UPS store this week and the experience was not the same. 10/10 would recommend.

The employees are very nice and friendly. They greet you in a way that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. They are very knowledgeable about the many services that they provide. I sent a package to my daughter in Kentucky and it arrived the next day. I was expecting it to arrive in 2 to 3 days. I've also had documents faxed. I'm very happy with the service that the UPS Store provides.

I had no clue that the UPS store did all these amazing and convenient things. They helped me get something notorized, copied, added 2 my phone as a PDF, and sent my paperwork to the needed prospect via fax. The BEST part is, it cost under $20 to do all this! Thank you girls/guys for your continued services!!
