I realized that my car's oil level was below the minimum required. So, I stopped in and received help from Michael tonight. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what my BMW needed. Since I don't have any knowledge of cars, Michael went out of his way to put the required oil in my vehicle. I truly appreciate his help and would like to write a review to express my gratitude. Thank you for your excellent service tonight.

I went to AutoZone yesterday (12/29 sometime after 1:15pm) and I believe the guy who assisted name was Ethan(?), I think. Anyway, he was very helpful and provided exceptional customer service to me without complaint, and he took his time and gave me and my vehicle his undivided attention even though he was working alone because I think 2 other guys had just clocked out for the day and were leaving.

He was able to help diagnose my SUV’s battery and determine that my battery was good, but that my alternator was bad. He provided some options for me to consider replacement and recommendations for possible mechanics to choose from to install if I decided to purchase the alternator. Although I didn’t purchase the alternator, I left with some options to consider thanks to Ethan(?).

I have a Great experience every time I come here. Today, Jesse helped me, and I appreciate it so much. He knew exactly what he was doing and provided excellent service. I needed my battery checked and coolant level checked. He did exactly that with such a Great attitude. He even replaced my battery, cleaned the area around it, recommended the coolant fluid and even helped fill it. Thank you for being a Great person Jesse. I appreciate your help!

I came into the store late on a Friday night with a battery dead as bell bottom's. Reggie graciously located a replacement battery and installed right into my car in the lot right past their closing hours. I really appreciate Reggie helping me out in my time of need.

Michael was very very helpful, he knew exactly what the problem was with my vehicle! He needs a raise or a promotion, every time I go there he's seems to know what ever is wrong just by me explaining to him the problem.

Nice location.. helpful and friendly staff.

I live in Atascocita and will drive all the way to this location passing up two other Autozone locations. That is a testament of how great the staff, service, care and concern is at this location! These guys are awesome!

I cannot recall the guy’s name but we were having a conversation and he shared with me about losing his 5yr old a few years back. I just want you to know brother that God is a God of restoration and I hope you allow him to give you the faith back! I know first hand about losing hope and being mad at God.. I hope everything you lost is restored in Jesus name. In whatever capacity that may be.. you have a very sincere heart for people.. you definitely have a heart of God and you and your family is sincerely in my prayers.

Shout out to the store manager Lavatte (forgive me if misspelled), she really went above and beyond to help my friend get her battery transferred in today, when usually it would be the next day. Hope management sees this and gives her some sort of reward, she really went that extra mile to help a customer!!! :) <3

Zachary was GREAT! He did a great job installing my battery for my car. Great customer service! Quick and smooth process after a crazy day.

I went by a little over a week ago to see why my check engine light came on. The manager there was nice he ran the test to see what the issue was and told me and I asked if it was easy and if he could help and he was like oh no I know nothing about that… I thought nothing of it and went on my way with my paper. So Today my light came back on so I passed by so I can get the paper again cause I lost it and Manager Ethan J. Greeted me with a smile and came to my rescue. He ran the test had the other team member check to see if they had the part he got the tools and started helping me right away I pulled up the YouTube video that I seen when I was doing my own research but he took it apart the TM that he had go look for the part didn’t see it and he went to double check and once he was certain that he didn’t have it, he had the team member call another location to locate the park closest to me. No that is amazing customer service and going above and beyond for your customer Thank you for being and example to your Team that is what being a leader is all about.

Jesse helped me tremendously today. He even put my new windshield wipers on for me. Great customer service! Awesome job! Keep up the great work!

Jesse is an absolutely fantastic employee. He helped me out with a mechanical problem just down from the shop location. Helped me figure out how to get my truck running by going above and beyond.

Stopped In due to my check engine light being on; and Mike came right outside and told me what the problem was. He gave me a print out that stated exactly what he told me was the issue. I would highly recommend this location for all your needs. The customer service is top notch and thwy care about their customers.
