I scheduled a covid vaccine today and when I arrived there were a lot of other people waiting. The pharmacist (Justin) was so calm and answered everyone’s questions so patiently. He seemed that he cared about each and all his patients/customers. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and did I mention he cared about answering questions as he dispensed medication! That is by far the best experience I’ve had at a pharmacy ever! I could see they are under staffed and he acted like everything was perfect. I really appreciated his friendly and helpful tone with me and every single person there too!!

Excellence in Customer service here! The BEST around! Will be my official pharmacy from here on! Thank you so much for taking the steps to go above and beyond and for Truly Caring about customer satisfaction. It's an extremely rare find these days! Please keep up the great work!

The pharmacy team at Cleveland Highway Walgreens are professional and knowledgeable. From the pharmacists to the pharmacy techs I have had positive experience every time! Highly recommend this courteous team for all your pharmaceutical needs!

I just want to sing the praises of the Pharmacist Justin and the Pharmacy Tech, Thelma. They both went far beyond the usual service in helping me obtain my prescriptions for an upcoming trip. Justin and Thelma, thank you for great service.

The pharmacy has picked up its game. Way easier to get orders quicker while you wait and someone at counter for pick up!

Al, the pharmacist, looked for the least expensive way to afford my medication. He was exceptional!! Very happy.

Fast friendly service. Always a savings. Hard to beet the best...

The employees are all really nice, but I've got to say that their prices are high & this store really had nothing for perfumes or make-ups..

Clean and well organized so that you can easily find what you are looking for. But their prices are unbelievable, even items on promotion are more expensive than regular retail price elsewhere. Everybody will occasionally need a pharmacy and I prefer Walgreens, but for general nutrition supplements and vitamins I can pay half elsewhere.

Consistently do not have my Rx's. Tell me they will contact me when meds become available. Never contact me. When I call they say, " they were in stock last week but now out again". They tell me they will be in Monday. I am here Tuesday... and no they are not here.
I ask for 4 to be filled and 2 are here... asking for the others I requested, "oh- would you like those too?
Every month 3 visits to get my 4 RX. Consistently predictably frustrating.

Talking to a person to clarify the problem does not seem to be a solution. Same issues month after month. Auto refills, auto texting... and yet NOTHING is automatically happening. I DO automatically expect my medications to NOT BE READY every single month.

I called and when I took a moment to speak they just hung up on me. Not only that but the automated answering is extremely annoying to get through before you talk to a real person.

My husband had a surgical procedure. The doctor's office called the Rx's into the wrong pharmacy. Should have been CVS. Was Called in at 12:42. We arrived at 1:23 and was told it was not ready and wouldn't be ready until they returned from lunch at 2:30. I said "you know you are leaving him in pain don't you?" She smiled (actually smiled!) and said "I'm sorry!" I live 20 minutes away. Now I have to go home, wait on them to enjoy their lunch-even though they had 45 minutes to get this ready before they left-and make another 40 minute round trip. I told them they had poor Customer Service and will tell them again at 2:30! Glad I don't use them on a regular basis and don't plan on using them in the future! . Oh! I forgot to mention there is a sign on their window that says pick-up in 30 minutes! Don't believe their ads! Just saying!

Had to wait for a long time for my flu shot , only just to find out that instead of flu shot they gave me Covid shot ( even though I told the staff I want flu shot and put on the question sheet that I need a flu shot ) I was vaccinated 6 month ago with Moderna , today I Got Pfizer… not happy about it !!! Thank God their are not my doctors.
Sorry ,Walgreens .No more business from me

Called 3 different times to the pharmacy and was on hold for OVER 15 minutes each time. Very bad service
