We had an awesome employee named Javier at AT&T in Dalton, GA.
Took the time to explain everything !!
Polite, kind and helpful.
He went above and beyond our expectations!
We are feel honored and blessed to have had him wait on us.
It was a pleasure to have met him.

Drew was our salesman. We had previously purchased our IPhone 14 pros from him in January of this year. A few days ago we went back to him and bought our Iwatches from him. He’s super nice and explains everything in great detail. He’s definitely a keeper!!!👍🏽

Drew was awesome! Absolutely helped us with everything , told us up front about everything we needed or wanted.

Came in twice in the last two weeks and was helped by Amir both times. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly (it was close to closing time) and he wasn’t trying to push me out the door without helping me resolve my phone issues. He hooked me up with a free replacement as well! He’s one of the nicest sales reps I’ve encountered in a very long time. Thanks for the pleasant experience!

The representative I spoke to & did business with is the reason for my answers. He was nice, polite & considerate. And he was very helpful. And you could tell that he was sincere about his job. I've actually never had a better experience in a mobile phone store.

My wife and I came in today to get new phones, and Christian took care of all of our questions, and provided the best service possible.
I would recommend Christian to anyone considering the new phone process, and you will receive the most professional/knowledgeable and courteous treatment around.

We went to the store on Walnut Ave in Dalton Ga. close to the internet and I can not explain how delighted we were with the young man that assisted us.He went way beyond the call of duty and I would give him the highest score,he was great.Thank you.

Christian & Javier were absolutely amazing! Christian not only helped me lower my bill and save money, he helped get my new phone and I’m so excited to be able to enjoy all the new features my older phone didn’t have. Today was no different, we had several things to take care of, and Xavier took great care of us to make sure we got everything resolved quickly and understood everything on our account for the future. After visiting 3 separate stores to try to get information about my account only to be told that they couldn't do it; I finally came across this store and an EXCEPTIONAL employee that was able to help me gain the information i needed from my account. The associate who went above and beyond to help get me the information i had been trying all day to obtain was named Michael. I am not sure of his last name but he was very helpful and patient with me even though i was extremely frustrated because of the whole ordeal i had ran into in trying to solve my issues. Excellent service and understanding in this man. Thank you so much Michael for your understanding and exceptional service!

I went to get a new phone one day and the service was great. A guy named Xavier helped me out with picking a new one and let me tell you he was very knowledgeable of the devices they had, I was impressed. It helped me make my decision very easy. The phone plan was very good too.

Javier was great and took his time to explain everything in assisting me with my phone upgrade. Javier has excellent skills in customer service and puts the customers best interest first.

Great Experience All Around. We were at the T-Mobile Store trying to make change to our account when we just walked out... Decided to shop the AT&T store and our experience couldn't have been better. Xavier Lafontaine went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the right plan, the right plans, and the best deal. I had 7 phones to move over and it took about 4 hours, but he even came in on his day off to make it all happen. Let's hope the AT&T service is as good as the customer service was at the store.

Angel and Christian helped me. Excellent service and patient. Very knowledgeable and fluid working machine. Absolutely outstanding. My friends are leaving Verizon and getting the latest Galaxy.. like myself, and those people you have there are really kicking it out. Like what?!? Do these guys take the Is Hippocratic oath? No wonder the female employee looks like the coolest and most comfortable person out of the bunch! Really though.

The manger named Anthony was AMAZING! I have been having issues for over a month and he was very welcoming and did everything he could to resolve my issue! Great costumer service, quick and easy to talk to! I DEFIANTLY recommend directing all your questions and issues to him! I had talked to over 30 people and no one could resolve anything or even remotely tried, he did everything in his power to do what I have been trying to get done for over a month. He was great, thanks so much Anthony!

wow! super nice staffing, great costumer service. stopped by today to look into switching over and xavier made me feel welcomed. answered all of my questions and concerns and helped make the transition to at&t super easy. definitely recommend, thank you guys!
