O'Reilly Auto Parts

Like this auto store. Employees are amazing, and they definitely help you get exactly what you need for your type of vehicle. Depending on the vehicle, the parts can be pricey or low. It just depends. All in all worth it !!!! I'm definitely coming back to this location again when I drive through.

This place saved me today. I was driving from Florida to Fort Valley and my alternator started to fail. This place was perfectly located for me, they actually had the part, and let me borrow the tools I didn't have. Lots of friendly folks visiting the store offered to help me as well but I'm a strong independent woman. I was able to make it where I was going thanks to this O'Reilly. Great staff and had what I needed. Thank you

O'Reilly's reps are so helpful. They always give the best advice and help. I actually like going in this male dominated area we I have to get something for my car.

I drove through as I was on my way to Florida. It’s was raining and I was desperate for some new wipers. Sabrina became my immediate “husband replacement”, (he was not there and I’m not the brightest when it comes to anything with cars). She made sure I had the right size and offered to put them on for me! Which I thought was super nice and kind. I accepted (because I would likely put them on wrong) and I tried to throw her a $20. She declined but likely due to policy, but O’Reilly’s let me tip this sweet woman! Thanks Sabrina! You’re the best!

Reggie is the best. He goes above and beyond every time. I have brought him some pretty challenging request. He spent over an hour looking for some specialty lug nuts that most other counter personnel would have been quick to say no we don't carry that. He wouldn't give up!!! Great job man!!

The only one in Dawson, but they have what you need. Friendly customer service and support too.

We stopped in to buy some Freon because our AC was going out. The guy (who we believe is named Matt) was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us fix the problem! We were super thankful to have AC during our 6 hour drive to Florida! Superb service!!

Needed zip ties on our trip and they had them. They even let us eat lunch under the shade tree next to the parking lot. We might be a bit "country"
