Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Ashlyn was SO helpful! I have never received better customer service. The store was so busy, but she still went above and beyond to help answer all of my questions. I ended up painting guest bedroom repose gray because she recommended it, and my grandmother loves it. Anytime someone I know needs paint, I will be recommending Sherwin Williams.

Caleb was very helpful and accomplishing getting the correct colors for my project. He went out of his way to make sure I got the right colors and product. He called the Lake of the Ozarks location and got all of the information that I needed so I didn’t end up buying paint that would do me no good at all I really appreciate that. The amazing thing is, he was the only person at the store and handled doing all this plus getting other customers taken care of, they need another Caleb.

Hands-down the place to go to get professional support. I worked with Jeff the store manager today for numerous hours, familiarizing myself with the painting process. It was clear that he was used to dealing with professional painters because of the time that I came into the store, but he said aside his time to help me personally conceptualize how to tackle this task, 1000% I would recommend going with the Sherman Williams because of the commitment to excellence by Jeff.

Good location. Great knowledge and service at this store! Couldn’t remember the type of paint we used. Their staff got us taken care of right away. They are out of some products due to raw material shortages. Can’t fault them for that. Products speak for themselves.

Great service and employees that are willing to talk through my project and give me the "tricks of the trade" to get the best finish. They took great care to make sure I had the exact formula I bought previously so everything matched at home. I appreciate this attention to detail and effort very much.

I believe I worked with Max and he was so kind, despite being very busy, and he was so knowledgeable. I came in with a very vague color formula and he was able to convert it into exactly what I needed. He was even willing to work with me if the color didn't match what I needed, but thankfully it was perfect on the first try. I would definitely return.

Great people that work here. I had to find a color I bought 5 years ago to do some remodel touch up painting and they went above and beyond to help me find the right color to finish my project.

I actually went here for a repaint situation. The guy was amazing and got me exactly what I needed and my house was painted the next day. It stayed the same color until I moved out, as vibrant as the day it was put up.

Shawn at the store in Shawnee KS on 63rd St. was GREAT in helping to pick out colors based on a picture we found on the Internet. We had gone into another store, but no one acknowledged we were in the store.

I was greeted when I walked in and they knew what it was I wanted based on my description. They had the product on hand. Even provided stir sticks.
