Hey I went in there this early Sunday morning to get a money order and I never seen so many older black ladies dressed to the tee getting ready to go to church it was pretty cool

Awesome! Kind workers. It has guys to carry them to the car for you. Clean a d reasonable prices.

Store is very clean . everyone was friendly .overall a good experience

I wanted to take time out of my schedule to leave a review for the manager Mr.Anderson at north market,Shreveport brookshires’ and Mrs. April . Their bakery location was closed when I made it , I asked for help and they took time to grab the cake, dig for a cake box and help make my sons day special . thanks for your great customer service 🤩 we need more people like you all !

They were helpful and courteous. The cashier told me to take my time because I was having a bad day and there was a line behind me that seemed to be getting impatient. She was great and actually helped me calm down a little.

I always have a good experience when I shop at breakfast I always find what I need

There is a young black female who works there in the pharmacy and she has been there for a little while. She checks ppl out and I "think" her name starts with a "Y"...Either way...SHE IS SO SWEET! she is the: best mannered, laid back, easy going, super great attitude, make your day, kind of person. I can not speak highly enough about her! She is so kind and great!

Groceries are getting so dang expensive everywhere...............

Store was fully stocked, clean and it was easy to find everything that I needed. Cashier and bagger were both very friendly and my items were bagged well. Update...store hasn't changed. It's still pretty clean with welcoming workers.

my favorite store to shop. I love their curbside service. Ms Shanita is a very nice young lady. She makes sure my orders are right. I always check and see when she is there. Kindness goes a long way.

There always helpful from the pharmacy to the market. The checkers are always friendly. Update as of April 2022 the store has been painted and looks really good. However, now the Rx is closed on Sunday. Still my favorite & only place I go as well as my family for prescriptions... They are like family
They even know my voice when I call in. Now when I walk up the the pharmacy or my husband they know to look for the whole family.

Now there is self.checkout .as well as the Pharmacy mostly thr same ppl. However is "while greens " in is of Brookshires.

I usually do my shopping at the Kroger on airline, but decided to try Brookshire. I was very pleased with the selection and the store wasn't too busy or crowded. Someone even helped me take my groceries to my truck! I do recommend getting the Brookshire shopping card ahead of time to save money! It's available on their website but not in store.

Very clean store. The layout is setup to where you can find what your looking for easily. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Hi, I usually don't shop here very much, we go elsewhere. But today u decided to come by Broikshire's. Was very please with the items I needed all was in stock. Sale prices was great an I had a fee coupons since I on a monthly budget. The cashier was very kind and great checking out an asking questions. Thank you kindly will shop more often here.

Their only issue is the time it takes to check out. Maybe add some self check out machines. Hard to believe ppl wait that long, but I've done it. That being said, I'm one of those fast paced life people who doesn't like to waste time. It's a very good grocery store. Always friendly staff. Even during the panic rush we had on Friday 13th of all days. March 2020 Best place of you want to keep things on a local level.

The store layout makes it easy to find what I'm looking for. They have great sales and promotions. They are now offering curbside pickup. It's not same-day pickup, but they will have it available next day and give you time slots to choose from.
The pharmacy is fantastic and they usually have the drug you are needing. Produce always looks good and so do the meats and seafood.
Brookshires is the only grocery store I like to shop at.
