Truckers-Just as others have stated one will have to pull into the driveway of the cementary to back into this location. If you're coming from the I-20 and Greenwood exit, the drop is on your right just past the big cow on the sign. Hopefully someone comes out to help you back up accross traffic as the street isn't super busy but it does have a steady amount of traffic.

12-4-23, They get 2 stars because they eventually came out to help me back across. So to begin with I got to this location late at night and parked in the middle of the lot backed up towards the gate where you have to dock and deliver. A nice older gentleman around 11:30pm that drove one of the trucks was loading his and told me I could park there. At 5:30am an older taller guy came out and asked me to move across the street in the lightly paved alley next to the cemetery so employees could park in their lot. I pretty sure that an 80,000 pound truck is not supposed to be on that lightly paved road, but I did so to allow the employees to park. I did observe that the gate was now open, but why I wasn’t directed to park there baffles me because that is where I’m supposed to dock anyways?? So at 7am I walked across the street and checked in and asked if someone would come out and watch traffic for me so I could back across the street safely. She told me they were not allowed to do so because of liability reasons. So I asked why wasn’t I directed through the open gate where I have to deliver in the first place and instead put in a situation where you won’t help me back across the street now? She said she didn’t have an answer. I called to Shreveport Police department and explained what this company has done to me and asked for their assistance in backing safely across the road. They said no problem, they’d send someone right over. As I was standing at the back of my trailer waiting for the police to arrive, a guy in insulated overalls came over to me and said the owner told him to come help me back across. So he did and just as I finished, the police showed up and I explained what happened and thanked them for coming to help me. I’ve been doing this 29 years and I have never been to a place that wants you to deliver their products but at the same time unwilling to help you in a situation they put you in to get their products. Another situation is the dock they want you in is the one closest to the building, Dock #3. You have to 90 degree back in. This place is not designed for conventional sleeper trucks with a 53’ trailer. It’s possible to do though. Now had they just offered to help to begin with or backed me in through the gate in the morning, they would’ve been a 5 star place. The people working were very polite. Sounds like upper management/owner is the issue.

Don't start till 7am. Need to back in from street.
By appt since the have no were for you to park and wait. Docks are not built for 63ft trucks and you have to pull into the alley / drive way on the other side and back up across two-way Lanes of traffic. Friendly and polite staff though

They will leave you standing .. dock area built for box trucks and old 48ft trlrs .. must pull across street and back into yard across traffic (no spotter provided by rcvr) .. one guy, just one, took the time to be polite and that was the older gentlemen unloading the trucks .. hope their customer svc is better on the delivery side of things ..

(Edit) .. well .. add the young lady who just showed up to the list of courteous folks .. and the fda lady as well .. lol .. seems there are a few nice folks here, they just don't come in until 7am .. btw guys .. if you are reading this .. a cup of coffee would work miracles while waiting ..
