The store manager Brandi hunt was amazing she helped me through the whole process couldn't ask for better customer service

My phone had been going straight to voicemail. Katie quickly helped determine it was my phone. She was able to get a discount on a new phone and a lower monthly payment. This has been a great place.

Jasmine was able to efficiently and patiently address our concerns. She assisted us with professionalism and courtesy, plus she was very friendly. Her advice and help were instrumental in meeting our objectives. She went so far as to tell us the best route for our existing phones, even if it meant directing us away from a product she knew was not on our best interests. We did make a minor purchase today, and will definitely come back in the future when we decide on upgrades.

Excellent staff, knowledgeable, listened to specific needs, great service. Put together an entire package on my upgrade, installing case & screen quickly. Happy with my purchase, this best deal and personalized service.

My wife and I have had great experiences at this location. We had to port her number and our two kids' numbers over from AT&T, and despite all the complications, Victoria Sabbath was amazing!! She worked very hard to get everything straight for us, I would definitely recommend her!

As I walk into the store, the Verizon personnel were busy with their customers. Waiting in line to be helped the associates were very kind and quick with everyone customer before me. While being helped by Victoria, she was very clear to explain everything about the transfer, my new phone and plan! Very nice and respectful women that worked hard intentionally!

Kahla was AMAZING. She explained everything she did, and made sure we were comfortable with prices, etc before going forward in the process. Her customer service was amazing. She never rushed us, she answered all of our questions. 10/10 recommend her. She’ll have our business for life. 🙂 thank you so much Kahla!

Jasmine was 10/10. So helpful an explained my new phone in great detail. I coulda sworn she built the phone herself. The other girl that worked in the same store was polite and helpful

They got everything right the first time. Migrated everything over from my old Note 10 to my new Fold Z 4. It only took them an hour. While testing the new phone, I called Johnny Smith. He mentioned his upcoming kidney transplant, and everyone in the store prayed for him.

She was very helpful. She explained a lot of stuff to me and made sure I got all the deals that were available to me. She actually went out of her way to help.

I had to visit the store on Sunday because my phone froze up. Kat was so nice and helpful. She got me up and going immediately.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The employees are very professional and nice. Store is clean and employees were disinfecting surfaces a cleaning, it was a few minutes before closing when I was there. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.
