The UPS Store

Every time I need to go to this UPS location in Englewood, I am touched by how nice the representatives are. I know that sounds silly, but the world needs more nice people in a service position. Thank you to those people! It’s almost like I don’t mind returning a package via UPS because I don’t have to worry about the interchange with the representatives. It is always awesome!

I’ve always hated returning packages, but the good people at the UPS store at Lemon Bay makes the whole process like a breeze! I would pick this store over any other store within a 1h radius.

Kaila ( instore rep) was awesome, smart, and very helpful. She helped me with emails, and faxing very important documents. She listened to what I needed, she was quick, accurate, friendly, made me feel like I was being taken care of by the best!

The employees are very friendly and more than willing to help decide the best, fastest, cheapest way to send. They are happy to help with all details , even copying, printing , researching best destination etc. I ALWAYS leave feeling like I have just visited friends!

In and out in 5 secs, they are the best of the Best. Thank you so much to the Staff. You guys are awesome.🙏

Beth & Kayla helped me understand how the correct address in their database which they delivered to wasn’t found by another store that just spoke over me and told me to talk to the manager because I okayed wrong address. I was able to talk to Beth and Kayla and let them know sometimes people have challenges and make numeral mistakes and if UPS Stores would just ask it would help us. Beth gave me a discount and I have learned about watching emails because she calls her clients and asks about address while package is still where it should be. That would have helped me had I used Beth and store 0123!!! Great owner and staff!!!! I’ll never use Venice again. Thank you Beth & Kayla!!!!!

The UPS Store in Englewood is a very efficient and friendly destination for all of my shipping needs. Linda was knowledgeable, friendly and professional while assisting me. It’s my go to place from now on!

I have gone to this UPS STORE many times over the course of the last 2 years here! I travel from NY, NH, and VT and use UPS store services all the time. THIS STORE beats them all. The staff is well trained, knowledgable, and fast. They have a process in place and execute to perfection…seamlessly 100% of the time! VERY WELL MANAGED and the store manager is PRESENT and HIGHLY engaged.

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Beth, the Manager, at The UPS Store. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and very helpful with notarizing a multitude of documents for me. She was prompt, thorough and gave me the pricing and total up front. I would highly recommend her and The amazing Team at The UPS Store for all your needs. TEN STAR SERVICE!!!

The staff here is so friendly, warm and welcoming. My first visit here was for Notary service after my bank declined to assist me. It was such a pleasure to encounter solution driven people. I felt like my dilemma was important to them and they were able to accommodate my needs.
My second visit was to send packages to arrive in time for Christmas. I was late getting them out due to a change in family travel plans. Again, they exceeded my expectations and were able to meet my shipping needs with a reasonable price that included insurance!

Damian was extremely patient, helpful and kind. He worked hard at locating pdf’s on my email for copying.

Very accommodating, even held up the truck to get my package delivered next day!

I was doing a favor for a friend, Erik Drier. Both Beth and Linda were the best! Professional yet friendly and courteous and extremely helpful. Beth went over and above to make sure my needs were met. They treated me as a valued customer. I will recommend them to family and friends.

This is a small shop whose employees go out of their way to be of help. It is so easy to drop off returns, have documents notarized and scan and email them. Wait time is generally very quick. You will get all the help you need ( Thank you Kaila, I so appreciate you)

BEST SERVICE OF ANY UPS STORE, BAR NONE!!!

I am truly lucky to live only 5 minutes away from this particular location, but have had experiences at so many others in previous years. Friendly, efficient service, and I have seen them deal patiently with very ornery customers. God bless them all (and no, I don't mean the ornery customers!!!)

Have been using this store for the last four weeks or so and can only say great things about the service and staff. Today I had an Amazon return that I didn’t think I needed a box for, but did, and they were kind enough to find a box from the back of the store instead of charging me for a box. Courteous and helpful service with a smile is always appreciated. Thank you!
