friendly, knowledgeable and helpful customer service. pricing is moderate however, slightly higher than most Ace Hardwares, but i attribute that to the location.

These guys provide a great neighborhood hardware store. I live in Walden Chase not too far behind this location and every time I go into the store everyone is very helpful and they have a surprisingly large inventory for a smaller store.

Location is fantastic prices are moderate however not the cheapest. If you want to drive 10 miles more... You may save a dollar on the item but spend $2 gas and $10 of your time driving there. Sometimes it makes a lot more sense to shop local.

I recently visited Ace Hardware for a project I was working on and I am so pleased with the experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and made finding the right items for my project incredibly easy. Not only did they have a great selection of products, they also had plenty of staff available to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. They took the time to explain the different products and answer my questions so I could make the best decision. I was also impressed with the customer service – everyone was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my purchases. I highly recommend Ace Hardware to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

Staff was super helpful. We couldnt find what i was looking for but were able to find a quick replacement that would do the job in a pinch. Saved me from having to drive an hour out of the way.

Awesome staff!!! Came in looking for sprinkler line fittings, the guys at the front desk wasted no time in pointing me to the right direction and saved me lots of time! Will be shopping here again!!!

Very helpful staff. Good price. Convenient for the communities in the area. Would rather go here to get a few things I needed for the house or my yard. For the few cents difference vs big commercial stores, better off supporting the local neighborhood stores. If you have their Rewards card, you get a pretty good discount especially for their marked products.

I've been a customer of Cronin Ace since their inception, and in that time I've had nothing but positive experiences. The staff know their customers on a first name basis and go out of their way to ensure every one of your needs are met. Any questions I have are answered quickly and honestly by knowledgeable employees. This location is consistently busy but never suffers because of it, even with a packed store they still deliver quality customer service time and time again.

Every time I go to the store or call in, I get exactly what I need. Might be a single bolt, a few washers, a STIHL blower, or a question answered…but they consistently deliver excellent customer service every single time. Gotta love ACE Hardware.

They stopped me at 5 stars but Im giving them 10! I ride past this Ace all the time so i decided to stop because I needed and wanted a new Stihl trimmer. The staff was soooo friendly and nice that I had to get out of there because Ill spend all my money here! They left a great impression on me and for sure Ill be back. Thank you all for what you do!

Love this Ace Hardware, the employees are always welcoming and quick to ask. The best part being the employees NOT wearing masks, I respect the owner and their employees for enjoying their freedom in this great country and this great state. If you’re like me, go walk in and spend some time in a nice locally owned business, they need our support.

Decent inventory for a small hardware store. The only negative applies to all Ace Hardware stores -- they're independently owned and operated, so even if the Ace website claims to have something in stock doesn't mean that it's accurate with the local Ace store inventories. In other words, just don't bother with the website unless you're getting it shipped. The best thing about this particular Ace Hardware, especially with current fuel prices, is that it's actually easily accessible by golf cart, bicycle, etc. from Nocatee. Just use the Old Dixie Highway parking lot entrance.

The second I walked in they threw me in a garbage bin and rolled me down a hill then set me on fire! Incredible customer service!

These folks are amazing. Not only do you get the personalized attention that you only get from Ace Hardware, but they also offer glass and screen repair.
I am a Carpenter/Handyman and I have used these guys on multiple occasions for screen repair and they always seem to exceed my expectations. They are good, fast and inexpensive.
Not many of the places around town do these types of repairs along with the products selection, price, personalized assistance and fast repair...this is my Go To!

Great selection and fair prices. Definitely more expensive than Lowe's and Home Depot but it's also much more convenient to the area. If they ever open a big box store nearby they will be in trouble

Recently stopped by the Cronin Ace Hardware on US1 to purchase some flowers and other garden materials. The lady that runs the department was so helpful and knowledgeable. The plants and particularly the flowers where in excellent condition. It was obvious that this lady (Jackie?) knew what she was doing and it was even more obvious to me that she took pride in the care of these beautiful plants and flowers. Left with beautiful plants and flowers and a BIG SMILE ON MY FACE.

Very helpful staff but to me just a little bit too paranoid thinking somebody is going to take something from their store especially after having them help you locate what you need so you can go straight to the checkout and pay for your purchase.
