Just got my beautiful cat today Bubbles from Petsupermarket Zephyrhills location. So excited and he's settling in really well, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Looking forward to getting another cat from this location soon. Highly recommend this location.

We bought 2 parakeets here.. I can’t say enough about the employees they were so helpful in picking out the birds as well as answering any of my questions… I do recommend further research in care for anything you get just to me more knowledgeable. But hands down very nice people and place to shop.. thank you

Excellent selection of products, they have a little bit of everything. The staff is friendly and they enjoy talking all things pets. If you need crickets, they usually have a decent supply and get deliveries on Thursdays.

My favorite go to place for my pets needs. From when I had painted turtles fetching them fish, to my snake "Camo" who loved the rats! lol
My pitbull Scooby gets all his healthy snacks and main course here. He's living a very healthy life thanks to Pet Supermarket! Occasionally (weekly) I'll pick up a toy for him here because he's spoiled. 😋
They're never out of stock and have a vast selection of food, snacks and toys. Great place for pet owners. Especially for mans best friend.

I would like to comment on a specific customer service experience recently in this store. A young man by the name of “Cade” is exactly the type of person that is too often hard to find these days. He treated me with respect and kindness. He was very knowledgeable and most importantly he seemed as though he actually enjoyed his job and took pride in his work. I commented on a particular display and stated that I really liked it and I saw a pleased look cross his face. He had done the display but was humbled. I was just really impressed with this young man’s attitude. Rare!!

As of right now with all of my visits I have never had a bad experience here. I have a crested gecko, 3 cats (one of which was adopted from here) and a new puppy and I pop in a few times a month and they always have items I am seeking. Prices seem comparable to other let shops. The staff has never been an issue for me either

Corey at store 206 in Zephyrhills, Fl was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful today. Store Manager Brenda is always helpful and kind and listens to my many questions about my Cavashon named Biscuit.

They have always been amazing here! They are the only local place that has our cat litter and they have a variety of goat milk for our dogs. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
