Went in questioning what I wanted and Tree was extremely helpful and made me feel like I had known her and the company for a long time. I’m very appreciative and got a good deal to boot and will be back. Highly recommend, great services and reasonably priced.

Great staff, great selection, great atmosphere. My wife loves coming here and then getting home to have a good time! Seriously, this place has a great selection. We've been to quite a lot of stores in Jacksonville, and this is our favorite. The staff are friendly and willing to help. They even will show you how some of the products work,⚡😏 IYKYK.

Love this location! The manager Mariah is extremely helpful with helping me select new products because I was extremely clueless. She made me feel right at home and comfortable and helped me find the perfect toy.

Took my friends here as this was their first experience in such a store and since they were wanting to try some new things. The staff here were super kind and welcoming. Getting ID'd was short and professional. Staff seemed to be training and we adored their spirit. Manager knew immediately what I was wanting to show my friends and set up perfect presentation for my friends. Conversations with staff were fun and informative, casual conversation was adored(talking about crested geckos lol). Overall this is one of the most chill and welcoming adult stores I have been to. It is very clean and put together, and has a very relaxed vibe going. My friends who were a lil scared at first soon felt safe and comfortable here.

The manager Mariah greeted me upon entry with a smile. She helped me find an outfit in my size and some really great toys. She was really nice and knowledgeable. I will be coming back and telling all my friends about this location

We came in for one item, but sales person Mathew helped us step us out of comfort zone and now we are excited to try something new. When you've been with someone for a decade being excited for something new is welcomed. 😂

When I walked in I was greeted by whole team there were extremely friendly and Mrs sheena (store mama get) went above and beyond with me helping me out. Highly recommend this store the environment is welcoming and helpful. Excellent customer service I wouldn’t go no where else !!!!

Ellie was amazing…helped me and my husband out. She Was not overwhelming. I haven’t visited in a year because the last time we went the girl working followed my husband and I around and didn’t give us any privacy to discuss what we wanted. This visit was much more pleasant and we bought some things because we didn’t feel rushed or pressured.

This store is awesome (if you're into this sorta thing) the manager Billy Jo is such a sweetheart! She's very knowledgeable when I asked her all sorts of questions. There's a huge variety and they're fair priced. If you have the time stop in Sunday- Thursday they close at 12 and Fri-Sat is 2am. ENJOY THIS STORE!!! IT'S SO MUCH FUN.
