So far, the best UPS Store we've been to. We needed something notarized the young lady assisted us. She was very friendly, great attitude, and super helpful. Honestly has the best customer service. She made us smile and laugh, which was definitely needed. This will be our new UPS store. Highly recommend.

Seeing these past reviews has me puzzled! This location has always been nothing but professional in anyway. I see these two workers everyday when I get my mail and they work real hard. Always kind, attentive, their knowledge is impressive. I have shipped here and done Amazon returns. I pay for my labels I need printed it’s so convenient because I don’t have a printer. The new kiosk is amazing! Fast! Helpful! Just read the screens and it gets out in no time. Hope people start recognizing the greatness this store has along with the 2 workers.

I visit this UPS pretty often. Sasha and Paul are literally the nicest, most patient, polite, consistent, and friendly duo I have ever experienced in any UPS store ever. I am a 55 year old female who has worked retail for 40 years and am now retired. I know what a good quality employee is and nowadays it's hard to find. You have 2!!!

This location rocks! I enjoy the donut shop in the shopping center and now this is my everyday store! Thanks for your help with kiosk! The whole staff is so welcoming friendly smiles

I just want take a quick second to recognize all of the employees in the store for helping me in a major time of need this week. I had the most unfortunate experience of losing my puppy in our neighborhood, and I was beyond devastated. All of the employees at the store were beyond helpful and kind when they saw how upset I was as I went to go have missing flyers printed. I am very fortunate and blessed to have located my puppy this morning, but it was perhaps the longest 16 hours of my life and these employees went above and beyond in expediting their services to get me back into my neighborhood so I could hang these flyers. I cannot thank them enough for their top of the line customer service and kindness. Thank you from our entire family!

The store is always clean and organized. This is my go to spot in Jax for mailing letters, amazon returns, etc. The staff is always so patient with ppl and helpful. It gets busy around 5-530 so the parking can be challenging, but not the store’s fault.

My favorite place to ship with! Sasha is always nice and helpful ask for her. I used to go through USPS but this store has shorter wait times and cheaper prices.

This location is not the closest to me, but I drive the extra distance because of the outstanding customer service. Ellen is always pleasant and willing to help me out. She does a great job and will make suggestions for packaging that better protect my shipment or that is more cost effective.
