I will never go anywhere else to mail anything ever. Coastal Postal makes my life easy. All I have to do is show up with what I want to ship. They store addresses so I don't have to remember, they make suggestions for best shipping options, they help package at no charge, including cutting down my boxes to make them more affordable to ship. I own a local business in Jax beach and was looking to send out post cards to another area to reach new clientele. And with one phone call this company handled it all! All they needed from me was my logo and want I would like on the cards and the area I was looking to reach. They designed the cards perfectly! So nice and professionally done and for a very reasonable cost I might add! One of the owners even dropped some extras off with me and my shop to keep and have on hand! I mean talk about service! :)

My wife sells items on eBay. With coastal postal they take all our pre printed mailing packages (unlike going postal) and the packages go straight to the usps distribution center and don’t get lost (like local usps store). I highly recommend coastal for their fast FRIENDLY service

My wife and I moved from DMV area to Saint Johns, FL, September 2019. Our community is a distance from the local Post Office/Fedex, and UPS. We happened to stumble upon Coastal Postal while driving home one day and stopped in.

These people are the best! I had an urgent situation that required overnight delivery and they immediately rose to the occasion and helped me get it there. In this day and age of less than stellar service, they stand above the rest. We have been using them but they are now officially our only go-to!!

Was surprised to find how many services are available in this one "little" store new to our area. Beats the daylights out of waiting in line at the Post Office. Great service, great people, little or no waiting. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Pricing is extremely fair and at times better than USPS. It’s definitely better than UPS and FedEx for sure. And never a long line, even during the holidays. My go to place!
