CVS

Actually received a phone call at 9pm from a human being and a very concerned and nice person named Barbara who's apparently been completely loyal to CVS for over ten years now to boot when my husband's antibiotics were not called in after his surgery. Wow, that's service that stands out like a star these days. The surgeon had the prescription MAILED....yes useless right? Without this call it may have been a few days waiting for antibiotics because the nurse on call line is a joke and everyone is gone too answering services and these contractors are not provided a plan B or C when noones picking up the phone.

So thank you Ms. Barbara who was the sweet voice of concern from Middleburg CVS!

Some of us were worried about our prescription being transferred from Winn Dixie but not for this customer!!

God bless people like CVS's Ms. Barbara that are allowed to do their job or even if they sometimes feel like are not, they do it anyway.

On 11/9/22 Pharmacist Ashley went above and beyond to help me get a prescription transferred from Walgreens to their location. She sat on the phone for almost 2 hours waiting to speak to the Pharmacist. She waited until my husband went to Walgreens and asked them to call her, which they did. Because of her efforts my son received the medication he needed the same day. God bless her and her team!

The absolute best pharmacy staff I have ever experienced. They were super friendly and extremely helpful. It’s nice to see a team who are fun, and don’t act like they hate their job. Everyone working back there is an absolute asset to CVS. The pharmacy employee of the month was a gem. The younger pharmacy tech was super polite & the store manager, Ron (I believe that was his name! Sorry, I may have it wrong!) was super sweet & awesome as well!

The cashier answered all the questions. Was very courteous and polite.

I went to get photos printed off my phone. I was a little out of my depth. Haylee was polite & professional. She possesses excellent customer service skills. She offered her assistance without my having to ask. (We both wore our masks.) She is an excellent representative for CVS.

Tiffany Burgess at the CVS in Middleburg, FL did an outstanding job helping me find everything, check prices, and checked me out. I had a great experience!

This location is so much better than their google rating. I’ve been using their pharmacy for years now. Always the best service.

The pharmacy is amazing the pharmacist fixed a problem which is unheard of I had a short count on one of my medications and the pharmacist Miss besha fixed it after they counted and realized they made a mistake smoothest transaction I've ever had love this Pharmacy I will go to no other Pharmacy ever again thank you CVS
