I am so thankful for Sam and his team at this store! The amount of effort Sam put into helping us was amazing. We had 400+ wedding invitations to send out and Sam went above and beyond to get these mailed correctly. We had issues mailing them through USPS but Sam personally took care of the situation and got them sent out to our guests! Sam also worked with us to find the most cost efficient way to ship out the invitations. The crew is always so helpful and very professional. Sam’s quality of care is top notch and I’m so grateful for his attention and patience when visiting the store.

Great UPS store with extended hours on certain days. Always a friendly staff member ready to provide excellent service! It’s my go to for Amazon returns, they have self service areas that make drop offs a breeze.

I am so thankful for Sam and his crew here at this store. The amount of effort Sam put into helping me was incredible. I had sold an item to a customer that needed to be shipped out. It was a high priced item and valuable to me. I noticed after sending shipping information to the buyer his payment was fraud. He had requested overnight shipping as well which meant the package was even harder to get back safely to me. However after noticing this I went back and told Sam. He made several phone calls and requests with the driver and UPS company and they stopped the package from reaching that destination and even had it back to me the next day. One of the most stressful situations ever but I can’t thank Sam an enough for all his effort during a crisis like this. This happens so often and I am just glad I could rely on this company for such a situation. Thank you Sam and UPS!!!

I love this convenient location. It’s a one-stop-shop for many of my business needs. Hari was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with business services. I’m in here at least three times a week and Hari (and the staff generally) recognize me immediately and are already catering to my needs. Best UPS store ever. Hands down.

I've been coming to this store for 4 years and I'm very happy to have found them, Sam is always very helpful, when he is busy Alyson is the one who receives all my packages and is always there to help me with everything I have to do with my business and not to say Kate, always so professional and kind. If I could give them 5 stars every day I would.

Despite a challenging situation with a delayed and hard-to-locate time-sensitive package this morning, the staff remained calm, patient, and effective in assisting the upset customers. While juggling various tasks such as printing, shipping, and returns for other customers, the entire team worked efficiently to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere. Can I just say , this UPS store so far is my favorite (I live in the area a little bit more than 2,5 years) . First of all , manager Sam and his staff show a lot of teamwork qualities and they all do it with a smile! The store is clean, located very conveniently. Everyone there is knowledgeable, understanding actually attentive and willing to help. I went there multiple times with my Amazon packages and the self service for returns is super easy and quick . I also use the store s printing service and Sam was very patient with me and super helpful with me. Excellent pricing if you need to print flyers and they work with you if you need to do two sided printing. If you want peace of mind that’s where you must come to receive great service and support for sure !

10/10. The service was amazing, and I was especially impressed by Sam, the manager. They helped me rap and ship the item I needed to ship and did a very good job rapping it so that it would not get damaged during delivery.

The owner there is very kind! I dropped a USPS package that for weeks didn’t show on my end that it moved or anything. He took my number and tracking number down to see what happened with the package. I come quite often about 2-3 times a week to drop packages off and the following week, he asked if I saw the update. I checked and it was marked safe and delivered. Definitely went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location for shipping needs and services l!

This is a very convenient location. They were very crowded 1st thing in the morning, yet the staff keep the line moving at a pretty fast pace. Everyone I’ve interacted with is friendly and polite. They accept Amazon returns without a box. Highly recommend!
