I love this store! They are 💯 everytime! I had to send 10 large boxes to a business...Not only did they unload the boxes, but when we found out they were to expensive to return, they reloaded them back in my truck without complaint! Guess, what? I bought pizza for the whole store to show my appreciation..They are super nice and professional...Btw..it always smells soooo good in that store! Great job folks...So appreciated!

Never had an issues.. always kind, always gives me a heads up when packages are in. Amazon returns are hassle free. It's cut and dry.. I'm direct - they're direct.. is great

The gentleman helped me with an Amazon return when I was supposed to wait at the self-service station. His kindness was appreciated as I was not feeling so great.

I went into a this store to ship a valuable item to NJ and frankly I didn't even know where to start. The manager and staff of this store were so helpful and pleasant. They took their time with me to make sure I understood what I was purchasing. The manager suggested I buy pack and ship guarantee service. I am glad she recommended this because it made my experience a breeze. Also the store is neat and organized which makes it easier to look for what you need. I highly recommend this store due to their outstanding customer service.

Staff are very friendly. I recommend going here if you want to be greeted with smiles and great customer service. Better than many of the ups I have been to where the staff make your trip there a nightmare with their bad attitudes and negative energy.

Amazon returns are a breeze … people are complaining about print prices. There are signs in several areas of the store. It will cost you more in gas to drive home print out and return. I’m sure prices are strictly convenience and if you do at least 5 pages the print price is right. None the less, use your jobs paper and toner, your aunts, or your own, pack your items and move on. Any packages shipped I print from home and prepare in a box. The process is easy. The employees DO NOT make the pricing. Read the signs people!!!

This place is so awesome. Staff is so professional, friendly and helpful. Never a bad experience and come here all the time. Very convenient, quick and easy. As others have stated there are fees so box it up, print your labels and make the quick easy drop off. If you do need supplies they have it all. Thank you.

I went to go get some documents notarized and the manager assisted me. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, and the staff was very friendly. I'm very happy with the new management that has taken over this store and I look forward on using there services. After reading a couple of reviews regarding the price of certain services I find it hard to believe that people do not understand how the inflation has affected all business and unfortunately prices have gone up. Therefore, there is no reason to complain or make nasty reviews when at the end of the day they are providing great and professional services.

The manager, Kadia in Oakleaf/ Orange Park, assisted me with returning 5 packages to Amazon, 3 with QR codes and 2 without ( including a Christmas tree). She was amazing! Kind, efficient... I've never seen multi-tasking look so calm. In the holiday rush, she was a saint!

Every time I've come here, the gentleman with the beard and glasses has helped me, he is EXCEPTIONAL!!! He knows everything about his job and is very professional! I've dealt with him three times and all three times were great experiences! I recently was helped by Marilou, she was also EXCEPTIONAL at her job. She was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention friendly! These two employees are great at their jobs!!! I highly recommend this particular UPS Store for great customer service!!!

RICHARD N. at this store is what makes this location the very best! Here's the scenario: I arrived 2 minutes from closing.Had no idea what to send my packages in. Richard took his time, made recommendations that fit my needs and possessed the patience of Job. He even researched all shipping options to save money. Because I arrived late, other customers began walking in. By 8:30 p.m., he was still serving the request of many. Now UPS is my "go to" store for any shipping service. Richard's dedication gained this store a new loyal patron.

We have used their services for years to get packages to family & friends. Never had a problem. Customer service has always been professional, and packages have always arrived on or before the promised date.
Of course if you don't mind waiting in long lines, don't mind a package taking weeks or months for delivery, there is always the USPS...

If you have never used their printing and designing services, you are surely missing out. I always have people asking me about my business cards, open house invitations, any marketing print jobs. Shirley is very talented. You tell her what you do and want and let her create. You will be wowed.

In and out super fast. Helped package my computer set up since I did not have a shipping box. Staff is always friendly and helpful

This is the only place we will ever ship from. Jordan and the team there really care about their customers and go the extra mile just to ensure their satisfaction. Even when things don't go as planned, they are always helpful and ready to answer questions.
