AUTOWORLD I-95 EXIT 298

I was driving on I-95 when I started having problems with acceleration, so I had to get off on exit 298, luckily just across the street from Joe's Autoworld. Joe helped me get my car across US-1 and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately, my Nissan needed a new transmission; fortunately, he was able to get it replaced in a few days as he promised at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Joe - he knows cars and is a man of his word.

I have genuinely never had such amazing service at any car shop. Joe and Chegui are extremely hard workers and truly care about the job they do. I am more than impressed and will suggest AUTOWORLD to anyone who is looking for an ethical car shop!

I cannot say enough about the personal attention I received from Joe. I got a flat tire on 95 and made it to Auto World and thank goodness! Joe took ~4 hours out of his day to diagnose my tire, contact 4 tire dealers within his network to find me a tire (which was a not an ordinary tire), followed me to 2 tire dealers to ensure I was safe & taken care of & in the end found the tire (btw due to his connections this final location had just closed and allowed him to put the tire on himself). He also communicated with my husband who was out of state to let him know what was happening every step of the way. His kindness, patience and genuine caring were so appreciated ... thank you, Joe!

My sincere thanks to Joe at AutoWorld. My car died on I-95, showing just under 1/4 tank and no low fuel light. Had it towed to AutoWorld, and Joe immediately checked it out. He removed the fuel pump, called me over. No gas, gas gauge not reading correctly. Put some gas in and I was on my way home. A good and honest mechanic shop is hard to find, but these guys are. Thank you very much!!

My tire blew out on I-95 and the owner did not hesitate to come and help me with my spare. He was there within minutes and he even went back to grab air to fill my spare. I am so thankful that he was able to help me out. Such an honest wonderful person! Highly recommend!

The best in Florida st Augustin are, over the top, speechless when I get home after a crazy big engine swap job in few days, I drove 2300km back to Canada Toronto. This is amazing, very fair price. I will go back to pay a visit next yr, just say thanks in person.

My new mechanic!! And you don't need to look anywhere else either! AAA auto club recommended Joey at Autoworld, turned out to be the owner. I was very impressed and I grew up in an auto shop. He jumped on my car right away and brought a chair out for me to sit. He discovered the problem quickly and instead of saying you need to replace the part, since it was acting up sporadically he worked on it. And he had me out of there in no time. I tried to pay him what I thought the job should cost, and actually I thought I was low on what I thought it should cost and he said nope that's too much! Joey is a very knowledgeable, honest, hard working, easy to communicate with, trustworthy man!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Wow! That’s all I can say. The whole wheel on our travel trailer broke off on 95. As God would have it, we were able to limp off the highway to this service station. We prayed for protection to get there and favor over the bill. When we got there, I asked Jo if my six kids could use his restroom. He informed me that the water wasn’t working and came back a couple minutes later and offered to send me in his minivan with my kids(and dogs) to the store to use the restroom. Incredible. He stayed after hours to fix my trailer. He drove to get the parts himself. He did the job out in the hot parking lot as my trailer was too big for the shop. He talked and joked with my whole family as he fixed the wheel. He was very thorough in his work and cleaned up all the parts spotless and greased everything super well. He finished the work in record time and ended by sending my kids with a bucket of candy and ice cold waters for everyone. And the price was fantastic. If you want a trustworthy mechanic, this is your guy. He blessed us so much and I can’t put into words how grateful we are. What a wonderful surprise during our trial on the road. Thanks Jo! If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. We were on the way home from our honeymoon 5 hours away and my brake caliper broke. We called and he got us in right away. As he was fixing it, he was explaining everything and telling us exactly what we needed to do and how he was going to fix it. Very nice owner and if we lived closer, I would be taking my car back for any other fixes.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Joe at Autoworld I-95. What started as an unfortunate experience with my car breaking down on the side of 95 turned into towing my car to Autoworld after hours. Joe called me right back and said I could drop it and he would come by later to make sure he got the keys. He ran the diagnostics and proceeded to transfer my car to the dealership because I am from out of town. From start to finish, Joe has been super communicative, extremely honest and a pleasure to experience. I cannot recommend Joe and Autoworld enough so if you’re looking for a trustworthy auto shop, look no further!!! This is it. We need more people like Joe in the world!!!!

Joe is awesome!! We got a flat on 95 in route to South FL from SC with a big screw in the rear tire. We had our young daughter, our kitten and dog in the car in the FL heat trying to figure out what to do when all your well known tire places had a 4+ hour wait. We put the spare on and pulled into the first auto shop we found which was Autoworld. We were in a bay in 5 min and Joe had our tire plugged and back on our car within 20 min, for a beyond reasonable price. So awesome and so thankful for his help!!

We are from Maryland , and we had our engine light turn on our car slowed down, it was a disaster. We called all around us for a mechanic no one wanted to help us. But Joe is a true honest helpful man ! He took us in and helped get our car running , he was very honest with us and explained it through and through. He gave us cold water in this heat and turned all fans to face us . Thank you so much Joe for your kindness and honesty !

How thankful I am for the quick and speedy fix this auto shop provided for me! After breaking the regulator on my car window , the owner had noticed my taped up window and offered his services. I immediately went over to garage where he had already ordered the part for me before I even arrived, and it was fixed within the hour! I’m so incredibly thankful for their time and hard work and for recognizing the issue with my window and offering to help so quickly. On top of that it’s a family run business and they are so sweet kind and helpful. I would highly recommend getting your car fixed with this shop. It’s so relieving to find a mechanic that’s so trust worthy, honest, and willing to help you so quickly!

I can not thank the owner enough. He is an angel. My mother, sister , son and myself were on the way to drop my mom off at the airport in Sanford (we live in Jacksonville) and the car would not stop over heating and it had plenty of antifreeze. We found out that it was the thermostat, since we don’t live in Sanford we couldn’t stay over night but the owner fixed our problem he stayed an hour past closing and we got there around 440pm. Him and his sons are amazing my 2yr old played with youngest gave him a popsicle and the price for his over time again smh can’t thank him enough they treated all of us so well. 10/10 service

The owner is a very sweet guy and could immediately detect the problem of my car. His prices are very reasonable. If you don’t want to waste your time, you must go to Autoworld.

We started having car trouble on a road trip to West Palm Beach while driving on I-95. Fortunately when we pulled off the exit, we happened to see Autoworld right across the street. Joe was very kind and helpful. He fixed the issue and within less than two hours, we were back on our way. He seems like a very knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic.

We broke down at exit 298 ...went strait to Auto World ..Joe the owner cleaned engine to find out where leak was and fixed it in one day. He is honest , knowledgeable, and economical. Highly recommend him .

Their location cannot be better, just beside I-95. Don't let the look of the place discourage you. The owner is renovating it little by little. All I can say is that their service was excellent. Joe has over 20 yrs of experience and "can work on any vehicle that has 4-wheels, that is not a mower" - his words. If you have an european vehicle and you need a mechanic, Joe is the man to contact. Joe is terrific. I've brought my 1975 BMW 2002 to his shop twice now. I am particular about my cars and who works on them. Joe knows what he is doing, he is meticulous and a very good communicator, sending me pics and videos of any issues. I can't reccomend him enough for BMW service.
