Good store

Terrible customer service. I stopped in on Saturday, 6/5/21, at 11:15am. There was no coffee and I politely let the cashier know. She shrugged her shoulders and said “There is none” then I asked if she’ll be brewing more. She proceeded to give me a blank nonchalant look and repeated “There is none.” I’m still uncertain if they ran out or if she was intentionally being a jerk. Worst customer service ever and I wish I could give a zero rating.

Unable to use my BP Rewards card. Employee completely uninformed, treated me rudely and with no respect as a paying customer. Treated me like I was trying to steal because she was unfamiliar with the Rewards card - guess she couldn't read the marque for it directly across from the register. Not offered any remedy to receive my discount. Not offered to speak to anyone. Offered ZERO help regarding this. Forced to pre-pay $40 for a fill up and then not given explanation when amount I prepaid was not reached at the pump. I only put $37 in - no idea where my $3 remaining went. I will be filing a complaint with BP Corp, Fasmart Corp, and the Better Business Bureau. Do not recommend this store. Better to take your business elsewhere. Ridiculous. This place used to be so nice. My how things have changed for the worst!

Stopped in today to get something and the guy behind the register I guess was talking to his boss while helping the customer who was in front of me, when my turn came to be helped the guy looked right past me and proceeded to help the guy behind me.
