Took my dad in for a new phone on a Friday morning. We were grateful there was no line and Ricardo was incredibly helpful. We were in and out in only about 20 minutes with a phone that was a lot like his old one and pretty simple for him to use. It was the quickest phone service I've ever received!

Charles was so helpful and patient. My husband and I are Senior Citizens with very little knowledge of technology. He explained everything to us in detail in words that we could understand. I had talked to Charles on the phone before we came to the store. He was so polite and understanding with excellent phone matters. Amazing customer service at the king George VA location. Especially by the manager went above and beyond to fix the issue I was having with my service, even delivered the phone to me. I wish I knew the spelling of his name. He and that location deserves 5 stars. The managers set the tone and he was awesome. Wonderful customer service, quality products and wonderful phone service. My husband and I were super impressed.

I highly recommend going to this location. I came in not fully knowing what I needed for my situation. Ricardo had amazing customer service, might I add with a great sense of humor. He helped me find exactly what was best for me. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I will continue to come to this location solely based on how well I was treated!

Beau is absolutely AMAZING I had a problem with my old phone so he got me a new one, traded my old one in; replaced the screen and got me a huge discount because of the 50% trade. Not to mention Beau is a great sales guy, you don’t even realize he’s trying to sell you because it feels so natural. Needless to say I walked out with a brand new phone and a new watch! Then I went in today because my phone wasn’t showing phone numbers for incoming calls, it was driving me absolutely insane. Beau tried multiple different methods until he figured out what the problem was and fixed it for me. He is absolutely amazing and does a great job exceeding a customers expectations. My service at the Dalghren location by Danaja was awesome. She was so helpful with all my questions and/or concerns. Gave me wonderful insight on the best plan to meet my needs and was a joy to work with. Come her for all your Verizon wants and needs!!!

Recently purchased a new phone from them, and my experience was fantastic! Charles J is the best sales consultant they have in this area! He knows his stuff and always so willing to help in more ways than enough! He deserves a raise!

Terrific customer service!! Eddie, the sales consultant, was very well organized and considerate of my time. I worked with him to switch my current cellphone service to Verizon. He worked a plan that resulted in the best possible rebates and incentives. I needed 4 lines set up under a family plan. Eddie ordered and set up two new phones and switched a phone from my previous plan. He also set up a fourth line for my grandson who was already a Verizon customer.

Richard was very helpful in selecting a new phone. He listen to my needs and made sure they were met. He was very knowledgeable on the phones and accessories. He made sure I was comfortable with the new phone and watch before leaving the store. THANK YOU!!

Charles and Beau are the best!! Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. To go anywhere else would be crazy. If I could give 6 stars I would. They take care of all my problems and always find me the best deals. Can't say enough great things about these guys.
