Staff friendly and helpful. Staff provided all the clarification and guidance I needed to start soon my home make over :) The products and colors they have are great.

I am always welcomed by friendly staff regardless of what store I am in. This was my first time to this particular store. There were a lot of people waiting for their orders to be completed as well as some still needing to be helped. I only needed one gallon of paint and I was in and out fairly quickly. I waited for a much shorter time than expected. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and made sure I had everything I needed prior to leaving the store. I love the quality of the paint. It had been a couple years since I got paint at Sherwin Williams. I had to get paint that matched what I had previously used. I had taken a picture of the paint can showing the type of paint as well as the sticker showing the color. I just showed that to the person helping me and he filled my order. I was a bit sticker shocked by the price but everything has gone up in price since Covid. I would recommend them to others looking for quality paint.

The gentleman at this store was very helpful in my paint purchase. I was having issues with streaking marks from my paint and didn't know I was using the wrong type. He really explained everything to me clearly and was very helpful. The paint he sold me solved the problem and saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend this store.

Had a problem with the color matching for my pool deck with the EZ Cool product. The manager addressed my concerns and corrected the problem. He showed empathy and demonstrated great customer service skills.

Customer service is great and they are always willing to work with you when you pick the wrong color by trying to lighten or darken it if possible. They never just say no, they always try. And all are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I get almost all of my paint & paint supplies for the job here. Virtually every job we do is with SW products. This store gives food service & they know their products and back them up.
