I placed an photo pick up order from another Walgreens nearby earlier that day. When I went to the store to pick it up five hours later I was told that they would not be able to fulfill that order today even though, online it was suppose to be completed within an hour. I called this Walgreens and spoke to Eduardo, he ensured me that he would have my order completed within a quickly timed manner. When I arrive at the store later, Eduardo walked me through my order and went above and beyond my satisfaction. To see an employee so dedicated to making sure I had a great experience and that my order was completed within a timely matter made this experience go from horrible to completely overjoyed.

The pharmacist and pharmacy employees are always friendly and helpful.

This 5-star review is only for Janet who works in the pharmacy!! Today I went to get my prescriptions and decided I’ll just drive up to the drive-thru. Huge mistake, I sat there for at least 30 minutes waiting for the line to move at least one car!! Finally I get to the front and was told by the tech that she had no idea why my insurance wasn’t covering my medication. She showed me a copy of the rejection code and stated that I needed a coupon and to pretty much handle it on my own. Well I was leaving the store extremely frustrated, JANET was coming in and I told her in passing that they really needed her in the back. She responded with, is their anything I can do?
So I showed her what I was giving and within minutes JANET was able to get it all covered by my insurance!! She is the kind of person who would keep me coming back to this pharmacy. Also the visiting pharmacist wasn’t much help either. She keep letting us know it wasn’t her store and she was just visiting. I guess that was her excuse for being so lacks with what was taking place. Once again special thanks to JANET! I will continue to do business with this location because of her!!

*Just wanted to give a short update and shout out to the employee who had to vote & re-ring my purchase 3x right before closing time tonight. I felt awful, I'm pretty observant that he wasn't that happy about having to do it either, but I appreciate his efforts and want to thank him again!*
I have always liked this location, they've got great and helpful staff. I must admit, I can search the clearance make-up for a while! I only wish they were still open 24 hours.

I have gone to this Walgreens for years. I can’t say much for the Pharmacy side as I’ve never picked up prescriptions but the store side is just great. They are always stocked and are always available 24hrs a day. I’ve never met one rude clerk although I have seen some pretty rude customers. Personally, I won’t take blatant disrespect from anyone unless they want to get a backhand to the cheek but this store seems to handle it with finesse. Once again though... never been to the pharmacy.

I have been coming to this location since I was a kid in the ‘80s. This Walgreens has sustained the intense changes of the Woodlands/Spring area. Recently I was there to pick up a script for my fiancé who had underwent a melanoma excision. The lead pharmacist , Calvin, I believe is his name was exceptionally versed in all medications prescribed. He advised with concern to take certain medications with EXTREME caution and sincerely wished my fiancé a well and swift recovery. Most notable experience I have had in my 30 years of.

I was having an issue with my scrip at my normal Walgreens. Called Walgreens at Sawdust and Brandy was The Best!!! She assisted me with my scrip while she was insanely busy, was super friendly and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service by making sure my scrip was ready when I arrived the following morning. Brandy’s efforts are the reason I use Walgreens instead of CVS.

What a difference when I changed stores!!! I absolutely love the photo dept. I haven't had any problems with paying for my order. I pay when its ready unlike the last location. I am very big on photos of my family and walgreens always has great deals!!! I will not visit no other location. The drive is worth the service

extremely impressed. the walgreens on e.davis (conroe) could not find my prescription for a month so i called this location and the people here called them, sorted everything and now i can get my meds at the closer location.

So many cruelty free brands for Vegans!

Whoever works in the morning is super friendly and bright. Like so kind and helpful kind of bugs me they are that awake that early :). I'm in here alot just for drinks and snacks since my.office is next door. Staff and store are great here.

Excellent pharmacy staff . Had Meds in stock. Great fast service. I live 8 miles away and the trip was worth it......

I have always had a good experience at this Walgreens. The clerks make an effort to get to know the regulars and give you personalized service.

The pharmacy staff are so nice and treated me with care! Plus even though they are understaffed they check their work.
