Fry’s Food Stores

Just moved to SCW, so happy I found Fry's. Yolanda at check out and Rich in the bar are awesome.

This particular Frys Food Store is very clean, the associates are friendly, and the produce and meat departments are fresh. I always have an exceptional shopping experience every time I shop. A++++

Fry's is a class act. My go-to place for many things, including groceries. Great people, and with most items, it's clear they are trying to minimize inflation.

I visit Fry's at least four times a week. The employees are friendly and helpful. They have great sales. I just put some ⛽ gas in my car at Fry's gas station, it was $4.85. Yay!

Great day Thursday and time 1300,to do the shopping. Store had light traffic , shelves were mostly stocked with the sale items advertised. MOSTLY . Didn't need any help , cashier and bagger both friendly ,bagger a little too chatty but that's ok ,senior citizen and could be he doesn't have anyone at home to talk to. Remember folks to be patient with our seniors, And really ALL store clerks , we don't know what they are going thru . Good Prices , good produce , has deli, bakery , cheese, and wine bar, pharmacy and Starbucks in store . Lots of parking , and lots of golf cart parking spaces . Has a gas station. I like the deals they run giving 4x fuel points to be used towards gas, up to $1.00 off . Today I purchased $250. Worth gift cards , 2 for bday gifts and one to be used by my husband and I for dinner. So we'll get $1.00 off gallon gas . And we usually fill up both cars at once . Fry's delivers , curbside pick up , online shopping . Now Bye bye Baby and Bed Bath Beyond products are in store . Hmmm seems like what's missing is a hair salon !!

Great store! Best selection for those of us with food restrictions (aka vegan and gluten free friendly), really nice employees and always clean what more can you ask for?!

Little update 2023.06: was dropped 5 times from their phone system (not their fault) when I got through she wanted me off the phone as fast as possible but she answered all my questions so thank you.

Got a cat carrier, only a few dollars more than Walmart, and it was much more convenient.

They open early at 5am until midnight, so great hours if your very busy and need the extra time to pick up a few must have items. The store is very clean, staff is very helpful every time. They truly go above and beyond in customer service. They even have the gas station at opens up at 5am so you can stop for the early fill up before work.This Fry's has even more to offer like the wine bar, sushi, and Starbucks. So please check it out if in the area, enjoy😄

While there today a long time employee totally turned me on .....to these amazing deals you can get digitally. We did it over and over again using the same process on my mobile phone and when we were done I got off .......so much.......... of the total of my bill, the head...was shaking in disbelief. Oh yeah? CAN YOU DIG IT, YEah.

I love shopping here and I'm a Surprise resident with another Fry's just up the street from me. But I find their employees extremely rude and I won't shop there. At this location, the employees are great! They are friendly and professional and always willing to help! That's why I don't mind driving a little out of my way. Great customer service is hard to come by as it is and we've never had a bad experience here, plus the aisles are nice and wide and parking is a breeze!!

This store is bright, roomy and the food offerings are both "ordinary" and "special". You can get everything you need and treat yourself to a special cheese or wine as well. The staff is extraordinary and the produce department is simply wonderful. I just love walking into the store; makes me happy. Prices are very competitive and getting discounts on gas is a great benefit. I don't shop anyplace else.

Great big aisles, many items, helpful staff, and quicker-than-usual check out times. This is one of the only stores I ever shop at. The deli here is super fast, and the bakery is always pumping out fresh goods. I always recommend this store. Oh, did i mention they have a wine bar inside? Great place to sit and have a bite and a beer before you do your shopping.

The pharmacist was extremely helpful. He stopped what he was doing to come out and answer my questions i had. Very nice!! When checking out the girl we had was so very pleasant and cheerful. The bagger was awesome also. Great place to shop!! I will visit them again very soon.

I really love this Fry's s out in Surprise.. it's really a wonderful, clean and very organized store! You can find stuff here you can't find at other Fry's stores; it's very diverse and just a nice variety of merchandise & food.

The sushi chef is amazing! He makes the best most fresh sushi and poke bowls around and is always so nice and courteous! His poke bowls are honestly my favorite and he makes them fresh on request. The rest of the store is clean and always has what we need.

Bright and clean store. Big, wide aisles. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Great place to come for lunch: pizza, subs (better than subway or anywhere really), rice bowls, home style meals like chicken or brisket w/potatoes&gravy.
I miss the designated organics aisle, but am starting to like the integrated shelves (will be easier to remember grocery items in the longrun).
Starbucks staff is super friendly as well.

Everything you need for your household in one place. Fast checkout lines and friendly service. And so many items it rivaled a Sam's club. Only the prices were better. Definitely found my new grocery store.

This is biggest and best grocery store I've ever seen. It has everything most other grocery stores can only dream of. It also has become a place that people exercise in by walking around the inside edge of the store. Employees are so helpful and that store has a beer and wine tasting bar inside it, too. A huge Starbucks, and an extra large bistro and deli. Oh did I mention the clean, brightly lit, and extra wide isles to shop in. I'm pretty sure that this Fry's Food Store is the biggest one in the state of Arizona.

Always clean, well stocked

I have been in a lot of Fry's food and drug stores, but this one has all the others beat. It's a place that is fun to visit. It is open and airy so you don't feel claustrophobic with narrow isles. They also have a wine and beer bar so you can purchase a sandwich or salad and eat it right on premise and have a drink also. A very ingenious concept.
