This is the very best UPS Store anywhere and I have been to quite number of these stores. The staff goes above and beyond to help get your needs meet. I recommend this store to EVERYONE!!

I just wanted to say how much this store has improved since it went under new management it seems a while back. The new people that work there are so professional and friendly and fast, where as before it always felt like nobody wanted to help you. Kudos to the current owners!!. You are a great addition to the neighborhood.

I come here about once per week, and always receive incredible customer service. It’s a 1-stop-shop for so many things (shipping UPS & USPS, passports, etc.) but the employees make what could be a boring or tedious task into such a pleasurable experience every time. As odd as it sounds, I really enjoy when a stop at this location is on my errands list.

Outstanding service twice in 2 days. I needed faxing 1 day and notary the next...both were very good experiences.
Alicia the Notary who helped us was not only professional, making sure I understood what each step meant, but also nice. Cool actually but as this is a Notary review, we will keep it high level.

Great location and friendly staff. Seyar and Alicia are always very helpful as well as the rest of the employees. Needed to redo my passport photo (my choice) and they were very accommodating. :-) Highly recommend this Empire Ranch UPS location for shipping and Real Estate flyer copier needs. Always high quality printing.

I came to the store for a live scan that I needed for my job. The gentleman was able to get the scan done. It was a simple and fast process. Nice staff and great services. I’ll be back again.

I have been to many UPS stores in my life but nothing compares like coming here. I have come here maybe 10 times since it opened and every single time I walk in through those doors I am greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. The is the best UPS location with whom I've done business. The store is clean and organized, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are knowledgeable and efficient, yet never make me feel rushed. It is obvious to me that they know the true value of total customer satisfaction, as they go above and beyond for their customers. Staff here is awesome. I use this location for everything from Amazon returns, passport photos, and regularly for shipping items for work. Today I took in four packages with different addresses, and had an Amazon return. Alicia had everything taken care of and I was out the door in five minutes.

My husband and I just went in to have our passport pictures taken. The photos were great—and I’ve had some bad ones. They wore masks and gloves. The office was pristine. The people were kind and professional. They checked all our documents and mailed them off. They have a fingerprint scanner for back ground checks as well as all other services. Highly recommend!!

Thank you for handling the return of my equipment to AT&T. This is the first time I did not have to worry about packing any of the equipment or whether ATT would receive it and not charge me a large fee.
