Jonathan was friendly and informative helping us create our order. He was assisting a cashier with a service matter and greeting someone with a Amazon return letting them know help was on its way while not skipping a beat with us. When I came to pick up the order he remembered me. First time I shopped there. I know labor and coverage is very difficult for retailers. more multi taskers like Jonathan can go along way! Huge shout out to Dakota!!! They saved my day by more ways than imagined! I was rushing to a Notary Loan Signing, my toner was completely out, they put toner on hold for me. Assisted me with purchasing the toner quickly and allowed me to set up my huge printer to print the documents for my loan signing appointment which I ended up not being late for!! Thank you for your awesome help & service!!!

We brought our newborn baby to get her passport photos taken and Dakota was amazing with her - very engaging and patient. We tried so many other places and I am so grateful we tried staples as they were zero fuss, very efficient and great value for money. Thank you also to Shawnee who assisted!

I have been shopping here since they opened and I have always found they have a very friendly and helpful staff. Love the printing department and used them for several projects. When I get ready to check out Kristin is always smiling and thanking me for the business. Its so hard to hire good people who want to work, but it looks like staples has found some exceptional employees!

Printing services have been outstanding. I have recently used for posters, postcards, business cards. I have used other same-day printers in the past, but never with this much success. The staff, in particularly Molly and Maci, are very capable and caring, having prevented a few mistakes that were my fault. I highly recommend them.

Rob at printing was very helpful. He always goes above and beyond to help me out.

There was another person this morning who answered my call and he too was helpful, he checked if the product was available, and when he found it was not, gave me an alternative which worked out for me. I didn’t get his name but thank you!!!

Getting passport photos here is quick and easy

I had gone to several stores looking for a decent price on an SD card. When I was in Staples a young man named BEN came over and asked me if I needed help. When I mentioned what I was looking for and started to walk away he immediately offered price matching, looked up my product, and then walked me to the register and rung me up.
By doing this he kept my business with staples and created a loyal customer. Good job, Ben and thank you.

I've never had any problems at this Staples store. They have what I want, and they're always helpful. The location is convenient, with plentiful parking (and a Best Buy next door).

I can usually find what I need, if I don't want to wait for mail order. I got a new desk chair that was on sale and it is comfortable. That's something I want to try out for fit.

Cindy in printing was very kind and patient , listened to my printing needs and she made them come to fruition, and on day i went to pick up my order , Ariel was kind enough to print a few more items for me
