Lowe's Home Improvement

I absolutely love this Lowe's store - it's my go-to spot for all my DIY projects. I appreciate the fact that there's not a lot of chaos or distractions, and I often find myself striking up conversations and making new friends while browsing the aisles. The associates here are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to assist me - a refreshing change from their competitors. I can easily spend a couple of hours here exploring all the items I need for my home improvement ventures. It's truly a haven for a woman that’s always changing things around at home!

Came to Lowe’s to look at options for a kitchen remodel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This store was noticeably cleaner than any Home Depot I have been in and not as busy. It was a nice environment to shop in. My daughter had a great time there as well.

All the home improvement stores can get pretty busy. I like to go to this Lowe’s in the evening, mostly on a Saturday or Sunday. I get there about an hour before they close. The parking lot is empty. The staff is available and they want to help. It’s easy to get in. Find what you need. Get the help you need get checked out and be done. It also feels very safe.

As you all know. When it comes to customer service. It depends on who you get. Yesterday at the Skypark Lowes. I got Oscar. I'm happy I did. I showed up at shift change. Around 3pm. Looking for a power tool. Oscar courteously took the time to help me out. Made sure I purchased the correct tool for my project. He also pointed out a promotion they are having. Which worked out in my favor. He then went on to help the next customer. No doubt they had a nice experience also. Oscar has what it takes. For great customer service. Thank you Oscar.

The nice thing about Lowe's is that you can actually find somebody to answer questions most of the time. Prices often tend to be a few dollars more than some places but Their nursery selection is good and they typically have healthy plants as opposed to some other hardware stores.

Excellent store to buy what you need. Service is always there from their workers. They have all that you need plus a great variety of products.

I’ve never encountered such friendly and funny Lowe’s staff! They seemed so busy but so many of them stopped to say hello or welcome us in!

I want to single out Joanna, Brian, and Amber. On March 2nd, 2024, I parked in the Lowes Skypark parking lot. My grandmother needed a trash can with wheels, and we stopped at Lowe's because I had been very happy with the support I had received. When I returned to my car with my grandmother, I noticed that someone or something had hit it. One of your store employees, Brian, told me that someone had hit my car and had driven off. I was incredibly grateful for this. The store manager at the time, Joana, worked with me to call the local Police Department and file a claim. The Torrance Police Department told me that I would need a store manager to help me. Joana went out of her way standing next to me to make sure that she did everything in her power to make sure that I was helped. I do not think I would have recieved this type of help at another large big box store. The end result was that because this store had cameras, and they released video footage to the police, the local police were able to find the driver who hit my car.

On a side note, I spoke with Amber the store manager. The customer service in this store is incredible. I purchased vanities from this store. Each time, they have allowed me to open up the box and make sure that the vanity is not damaged. I have been surprised by this because this is not something I would expect. I think this is a testament to the store's management.

Great Memorial Day sale. Took total advantage of it. Fridge, dish washer, washer/ dryer. Kevin is the best!

Staff really bends over backwards to provide great customer service. Now that we opened a cowork space just down the street I shop at this Lowe's Home Improvement store weekly. I've purchased everything from lag bolts to patio heaters.

We recently purchased a fire table and a Blue Rhino Flat-Top grill for our outdoor space. The staff gave me advice, found a cart, loaded on the cart and then loaded it in the back of my truck. Again, above and beyond.

Attached is a picture of the fire table on our patio. Our members love our cookouts and the fire table has been very popular on cool afternoons this winter.

Like any big-box hardware store they can get pretty busy but they open at 6AM and if you get there before 8 AM you can practically have a staff member guide you to whatever is on your shopping list. There is always ample parking and I find that if you park near the lumber entrance you can make your trip to the store that much faster.

All-in-all I'd say that Lowe's is the best big-box hardware store in the South Bay and I'll continue to shop there for all of by business and personal needs.

I switched from Home Depot to Lowe's during the pandemic. Lowe's wasn't as crowded and their staff were more friendly and available. They have a military discount program and their prices are competitive. I've been there hundreds of times since.

Lowes has really improved with the amount of team members on the floor. It used to be so hard to find someone to help you. Today I had at least 4 different associates ask me if I needed help. Keep it up Lowes and I will never have to step foot into HD again.

Wow. My return was super quick. Very friendly
