Big 5 is always great. Some stuff is expensive but if you time the sales you can get good deals.

Great help! Was so prompt even though being busy. Had to get shoes and a back brace. Even trickier, I had to purchase shoes for my son with out him there. The cashier made sure to reassure me that I can take the items back with no problem, just keep the receipt.

When you step inside you are greeted with products on sale .. Previously, I had made a purchase that just didn't fit. 5 days later I brought it back.. Store response was accepting my complaint and offering assistance.. We did it and I was really pleased, with the response.. So pleased I purchased some more that were on discount and left happy as a clam at high tide..

Solid store, if a bit of a jumble like most other Big 5 stores; the whole place is pretty tightly packed and built sort of like a maze, but if you know what you're looking for, you can find it pretty quick, and the employees are quite helpful.

The staff was very helpful and the store was Super clean and and very well merchandised. The prices were more than satisfactory

Stopped to get my fishing license. Very efficient and fast! Normally any other place I'm waiting at least 30 minutes! Thanks for great service!

Went in the other day to buy me some long johns and everyone was friendly. They treated me like and old friend and not just someone buying underwear!

My husband needed shoes that could help with plantar fasciitis. The employee that helped us was very knowledgeable and my husband is walking pain free.

They are very nice especially the employee jasmine was very helpful and nice, she really helpful. Plus they have lots of things for sports, hunting etc.

Best customer service but I can tell there are not many black customers some of the people there act like your stealing something.
