Kroger

The staff make this location exceptional. I actually live very much closer to another location but still shop here! I have lived in league city long enough that the other two nearby locations on 96 didn't exist years ago. This is my favorite. The staff are why I return. I don't experience the same friendliness at the other locations. I will forever shop here!

I want to give big shout out to Barbara In customer service. I left my wallet in the cart and left. I realized what I did about 10 later. I called the store and Barbara looked for it and found it. There are still good people in the world we live.

In and out pretty quickly fast check out and clean and stocked

We ordered a cake from Krogers bakery, and it was simply GORGEOUS!!!!! We cannot thank the bakery team and all of the wonderful team at Kroger for their above and beyond service and the pride they take in all they do. Thank you so much!!!

Kroger carries the brand names that I prefer to cook with in my recipes.

I specifically like this Kroger this place is pretty nice the lady there Felicia definitely showed integrity was very helpful in the self-checkout line not going to lie I didn't ask for help but I needed help and she came through and that was pretty awesome

I've shopped at this Kroger for 25 years, and will continue to do so. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I know many of them. I always look forward to seeing Charles, Priscilla, Jonathan, Bola, and other employees who are familiar faces. Great store, great people!

I will honestly say the only reason I come to this location is because Reece is the best! Always feel welcomed even on my bad days. If I walk in down in the dumps , I know if I see Reece somehow my mood just boosts up. That guy is amazing with guest servicing and deserves a promotion for sure. Out of all my expirences at this location, he’s been the only one to EVER ask me if I needed assistance . The two years I’ve been coming to this location. Also I left my wallet and someone returned it so that’s also very good!

Only a few blocks from my house so it's super convenient. They always have good deli prices and staff are readily available. Doesn't hurt that they also have a gas station to use my fuel points!

This is a big city Kroger with a small town atmosphere. The staff is excellent in all respects: courteous, clever, curious and caring. For example, Taylor is always available to help me in the afternoons at the self checkout and Joel is there in the mornings. And, they usually even have a couple of cases of Arnold Palmer Half and Half, which is my favorite beverage. Of all time.

The Check out person was friendly and Courteous, the store is clean and well Stocked. I didn't have to stand in line for a long time, I am disabled and it seems like the Management opens up new lines When they get busy, I Appreciate that!

My first and best experience with Kroger long term for three years was here at 250 S Egret Bay Blvd in League City, Texas. This is my second favorite Kroger now to visit occasionally, because it still has that older grocery store look with friendly service and that charm about it. And lots of Managers’ Specials monthly. It is all about the timing, that when you visit your Kroger for these good markdowns. I actually have added into my diet program, the 12 oz. fine organic drinks by Suja company and others with these markdowns of a dollar and more to $1.99. Many folks don’t think about or wish to pay full retail for something good for you nutritionally. So until the expiration date nears, It normally will run you at retail price here, anywhere from around $2.99 to $3.99.
My first choice for now is the Kroger at 11701 S Sam Houston Pkwy E, Houston better known as the beltway 8 South in Houston, Texas. I find more Managers’ specials there that come out usually mid-week on a Wednesday for first pickings! So if you are a cherry picker such as myself, then you will be overjoyed when you figure out the best time to visit your Kroger for some great buys.

I had major surgery, about 1 month ago now. This warranted bed rest for me &/or limited activity. But, what's a mom to do, when the pantry is running low and her babies have got to eat? I'll tell you what!! You go to this Kroger!!! There was ample parking available close to the front entry which meant a lot, considering I do not have a handicapped tag. As I got out of my vehicle, I tip-toed (painfully) towards the customer cross walk. A young male employee stopped traffic just for me-----which totally blew my mind since I thought chivalry was dead! I made it inside and found that all of the motorized shopping carts/wheel chairs were fully charged!! That also meant a lot, because I would never have made it around the store.....The manager greeted me!!! Who does that??? In this time of big box super centers.....who makes the time to greet customers....or help them reach groceries.....or tells you to let him know when you're ready to check out so that you have help unloading your cart.....or who sends you well-wishes???? Do you know who? This store manager!!! I was truly amazed!!! I'm a country girl who has been transplanted in a metropolis. So, I kinda got used to people not caring......not speaking......as opposed to my country hometown in Louisiana. The staff is a direct reflection of the management too!!! Always smiling, kind, helpful, and fun!!! You guys have something mighty special going on!!! You guys have heart!!!!

I live 5 min away so this is the store where I buy almost everything I need , customer service is okay the workers are fine BUT today I had a great experience with Haley from customer service WOW even my husband told me that she seems like she loves her job and she was absolutely helpful and her service was amazing . Thank you Haley ❗🙏

good place but pricey

The store is nice & clean. I really want to tip my hat to them for hiring a special needs kid who I saw tonight "RUNNING" around the parking lot gathering baskets. I hope they take notice of his hard work and reward him. 👏👏👏
