AUTOZONE 1715

I have been using this AutoZone location for about 3 years, they have consistently displayed extreme professionalism and upheld the utmost in customer service. I was helped today by Tristan and he took the time to make sure what I purchased was the right part and that I had everything I needed to do the job. This was after he stepped out in the cold wind to run my engine diagnostic.

While we were doing my transaction another lady came in and asked where she could find something. A younger employee told her where she could find it and without missing a beat Amanda stepped in and let the employee know not only tell the customer where the product was but take her and show her. It was just an example of the reason why the store runs the way it does. Amanda did this very discretely without any embarrassment to the employee,it was just something I happened to notice.

We needed a wiring harness for my Pilot so we could pull the trailer with it, and they had what we needed, and he even went out and made sure we got the right one. Great customer service. Thank you!

Came in with a knocking sound from my rear left, brakes, Josh let me borrow his personal jack to check and make sure I was safe to drive. Top notch customer service if I've ever seen it. Thank you Josh!!

Absolutely the best service I've ever had from any parts store I travel all over and got my mirror taken off and have to drive to Louisiana Josh, he helped so much ! Josh Jackson is a model employee take care of this guy corporate the manager was awesome as well thanks for ALL the help guys

Tristan at the St. Clairsville Auto Zone helped me with my check engine light with the fix finder .. He didn't hesitate when i asked for his help .. He gave a general direction to look into .and it was very helpful.. i think that it is great that auto zone offers this service and there workers/mechanics like Tristan are here to help us as customers free of charge . Thanks

When our car broke down near this store on our road trip, Adan was extremely helpful! He helped us troubleshoot the problem, gave guidance about fixing it, and was friendly the entire time. We got back on the road, and haven't had further problems! Highly recommended!

We were passing thru on vacation and had much dreaded breakdown of our Jeep
We had no tools with us and very limited funds. We purchased a coil pack hoping that would fix the Issue
Josh the employee did everything he could to help us with the tools we needed take the repair what he did not have in store he retrieved from is own personal vehicle. I will say that he went for above and beyond to do everything thing he could to help us in our situation. Amazing customer service we often shop at Auto Zone in our home town and have never been Given the customer service that Josh had provided for us. We were at least able to limp the jeep 145 miles back home and replace the fuel injector.
Even though we had to cancel the rest of our vacation Josh made a very bad situation a little more pleasant
I think many of your employees could learn alot from him.

Always a good experience with the StC location. Always helpful and courteous. We own 7 cars ranging from an ‘86 to ‘14 and they always help us work thru our issue.

My husband and I visit this store frequently. I was very impressed by a young man who waited on me. He's waited on me previously but this time I asked his name. He told me Tyler Flemming. He is always so mannerly, polite and helpful. He goes out of his way to be helpful and find what you need. He is indeed a credit to this store and to auto zone! I called the store manager Amanda and spoke to her about him. She was wonderful and she is also so polite and goes out of her way to help!! Thank you for employing people who care and value your buisness!

My experience at this place was phenomenal. The staff there are really helpful, and they go above and beyond to assist you. They replaced my brake lights and back blinker in the middle of January. The temperature was in the 30’s with heavy rain and they were happy to help. Highly recommend this store.

Jeff was exceptionally helpful, I had a flat tire, I was alone, far from home and tearful. Luckily I was in the right place! Jeff offered to help even in the cold, he was effecient and so kind. He had me back on the road in no time. I was so thankful for his knowledge and willingness to help! I made it safe to my destination that night, thanks to Jeff!

This store just totally saved me on a long haul drive! I realized at 9:15 pm that BOTH of my headlights we’re out with 2 hours left in my drive…. Nightmare material. The manager, Amanda, got me back on the he road quickly and was sooo kind while she changed the bulbs. 11/10.

I usually always have a good experience when I go into autozone they are very helpful it's usually the same person helping me every time which is nice I use autozone a lot I build a lot of different vehicles And if they don't have it for one of my vehicles They're more than happy to tell us where to go to get them Thank you autozone

Both of my headlights went out at the same time. What is probability of that happening? I went over to AutoZone and Josh really went the extra mile to help me. He not only explained to me the different bulb options, but actually installed both headlight bulbs for me on the spot (and trust me, installing these bulbs actually turned out to be harder than what you would expect!).
