Wow - we just realized there was a disconnect with an Urgent Care for a prescription. The Walgreens team was able to make the connection, talk through what needed to get filled, and get it solved. That may be the fastest prescription fulfillment - ever.

ALL pharmacies in the greater Seattle area (and beyond) are currently experiencing one of the largest employment challenges in the state. Very few general workers and even fewer pharmacists want to work in retail pharmacy anymore. It is truly one of the most difficult jobs around these days. It’s also one of the most important. “Anna” at the Sammamish, WA Bartell pharmacy goes to such caring, compassionate lengths on an hourly and daily basis. You cannot fake such deep caring in action. Anna goes beyond the call seemingly with every single customer she encounters. I cannot say enough to express my thanks. Please do what you personally can to try to NOT make her and all the wonderful pharmacy and medical workers’ jobs more difficult and horrifically challenging. They are truly doing everything they can. I know it’s frustrating, but please try to be nice. I’m amazed that more of them have not already quit. Thank you Anna, and thank you Bartell Drugs, Sammamish and Issaquah.

Mirette and her team are the most dedicated pharmacy personnel I have come across. Always helpful with OTC questions and prompt with refill. Throughout this pandemic they have been awesome. Making sure the pharmacy is clean, sanitized and functional

Ran into issue as I ordered medicine last minute Mirette went out of the way to call different pharmacist o check for availability so that I could get it. Hi. The pharmacy at sammamish is Awesome!!!!! I changed my Medicare D so I could use the pharmacy at the Sammamish Bartells. Everyone is very professional and competent and friendly. Hard workers as the pharmacy is the busiest place in the whole store. They had exceeded my expectations. Best pharmacy I’ve ever have gone to. Keep up the great work you all do.!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been going to the Sammamish Bartells Pharmacy for decades. They have always been excellent and responsive to us, especially the current manager. Like all us, they are going through tough times right now; dealing with with COVID, Rite-Aid software changes, and staff shortages. They are trying to hire, but have no applicants. The are working overtime to keep up with orders. Please have patience and understanding of their situation.

We have been using this pharmacy and Mirette Elgawly's services for years and we are very happy with them. They are always helpful, friendly and have offered our family many services and assistance outside of their normal duties. We cannot recommend them enough.

Friendly & Efficient Pharmacists! Yes, they are busy and despite that, they calmly explain drugs or help solve insurance issues. They listen and answer kindly. The store is clean and conveniently located next to Safeway and Trader Joe's.

Come on people! Unless you’ve lived in NYC and dealt with Duane Reade employees, don’t complain! The pharmacists here really really care and are so helpful. Yes they are busy! But when they talk to you, you get their full attention. Call your script in, pick it up, if it’s not ready- wander around and I guarantee you’ll find some good deals.

The Pharmacy team at Bartels Sammamish understand the importance of customer service. As busy as they are with the flu and Covid vaccines they are always willing to answer all of your questions, are always polite and have prescriptions completed in a expedient time frame.

Excellent pharmacy. Changed after using Walgreens for 3decades because the Issaquah Walgreens is barely functioning any more. Bartell is great. Fast, friendly, AND they answer the phone.

We've used the Bartell's in Sammamish for several years now and have great experiences. Yes, they are at times very busy, but I've been very impressed with how they've maintained their professionalism even in the face of COVID and very difficult customers. I'm really glad to have them!

I walked in bought some drinks and this older lady I wish I could remember her name was the checkout lady. She was so nice and I happened to be wearing my Army cap of my old unit. She said Army? I said yes Iraq and DMZ Korea. She said thank you for your service can I give you a hug? I said yes of course you are going to make me cry. You don’t see that hardly anywhere anymore and boy did that make my day. Thank you for employing such nice people George Bartell.
