I stopped in the Chester store with a “quick” question. Gabriel was the most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with. He answered so many questions I had. Activated my e-sim card and I even bought a few accessories because he was so knowledgeable and helpful. This was a great experience!!

Big Thank you! to TIm K for the seamless purchase and set up of our new iPhone 15. I also want to say how professional and polite Tim was , he was the only employee working this Saturday . Several customers came in while he was working with us, he politely let them know it would be a few minutes and thanked them for their patience . Nice to see a young man with such professionalism!

Gabriel C was wonderful. My new phone was in stock so all the transfers from my old phone were done on the spot. Friendly, fast service and he went out of his way to call another Verizon near my home for an item not in stock in Chester. The other store was expecting me when I got there.

The new manager, Gabriel Casales, is undoubtedly the most knowledgeable person regarding multiple phone devices whom I've ever had the privilege of meeting in a Verizon store or any other. He went far beyond common courtesy and patience during the several hours he took to make sure attention was paid to every process in purchasing a new phone, explaining details, and giving me full confidence that when I left the store all details of what he had efficiently done were fully operational. If only more people were chosen by Verizon that met Mr. Casales's qualifications, Verizon's competition would not exist. Kudos to whoever hired this exceptional young gentleman!

Gabriel provided 10 star service as GM of his store. In 15 minutes he was able reset my account that enables me to view and print my bills. It took me 2-45 minutes calls on the corporate Verizon 800 call line. I will continue to use Gabriel with my Verizon issues and business in the future! Please give him a raise!!

Funny & sweet.
He helped us with options for a broken iPhone & help to steer us to the cheaper option which made more sense then using our insurance protection plan.
Very personable & overall not just great customer service, this man is truly a nice guy!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Elijah and the staff at Russell Cellular in Chester NY. From the moment I set foot in the store Elijah greeted me with a smile and proceeded to provide the best customer service experience I have ever had. I am 70 years old so I have experienced a wide range of individual service. Elijah is in a class all by himself! Focused, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and an amazing personality. Purchasing a new phone usually causes me anxiety and confusion but Elijah turned it into the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you Elijah and the staff in Chester. I hope Verizon Wireless appreciates the team in Chester and especially Elijah.

Had a great experience upgrading my phone at the Chester NY store, Jade the manager helped me out and was very professional and knowledgeable. She managed to work through some system glitches during my upgrade process and got everything sorted out. I'll definitely go back to that store again!

I want to thank Terrell for his professional service today. I had a new phone that was not functioning properly. Terrell was by himself in the store. He was kind, well-spoken, and patiently went through the process of returning phone while he also managed to greet and make the other customers felt seen and comfortable. He was knowledgeable of the process and knew who to reach out to for approval. Terrell is an asset for this company and the company stood behind its products. I was completely satisfied with the outcome.

I purchased a new phone yesterday on line and picked it up at the Chester NY store. When I arrived, the store manager(Santana) was waiting for me a greeted me by name. I was impressed right away. He helped me set up my new phone and helped me transfer all of my information. He also explained to me in detail how to help my wife transfer her data to her new phone as she was not with me. I had to call him to remind me of a few things and he took the time to explain it again. I can't say enough about the top notch service I received.I HIGHLY recommend this store and their staff. Santana is extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite. Again, I can't say enough about him. I will definitely be using this store in the future.

I am only giving this store 5 stars today because of Hakeem. Hakeem was scheduled by himself and made sure that everyone was greeted and taken care of in a timely manner. He also took the time to make sure everything was done to the customers satisfaction and had a smile the whole time. This location needs more staffing .

Dwight was extremely efficient and knowledgeable with my purchase and new phone. The store did not have the new phone in stock and Dwight’s colleague Santana drove to another store to pick it up in order for me to complete my purchase same day in their store. I highly recommend this store as both employees were professional, informative and helpful.

Took my iPhone in today because I was having storage issues and was at a loss as to how to resolve. I’d already scoured google and called Verizon’s tech support who advised me I’d have to contact Apple, but going to the Chester Verizon store was the right move. The store manager Santana was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He personally fixed my phone and walked me through each step - and more - so I would be able to navigate in the future. Additionally, he gave the same level of attention, courtesy and care to every other customer that visited, even a customer (I thought) was less than pleasant. Highly, highly recommend this location - and Santana is an asset and a half to Verizon!

Santana was terrific. He was extremely helpful, never pushy, took a long time to explain everything to me and even set me up with my connection in my car. I am extremely pleased with my new iPhone and the whole experience in the store.

After having a nightmare of a morning dealing with Apple, I decided to try out this Verizon store. Dwight greeted me immediately and was beyond professional and efficient. He got me set up with a new phone in no time and was incredibly detail oriented with letting me know everything pertaining to the phone up front. He walked me through the set up process and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. I was in and out of there in no time & left HAPPY! very thankful for Dwight today and highly recommend this store.

Someone had stolen my phone and I desperately wanted everything transferred over; same phone number, contacts, pictures etc. Dealing with Verizon customer service on the phone was frustrating but Santana and Dwight helped make the situation less stressful and stuck with me to the end. Very knowledgeable with great personalities. Would give 6 stars if I could. :)

Santana was very helpful. He was very good with explaining everything , because I'm not very tech savvy. He made the buying experience very easy and stress free. I'll be back to see him about a watch next.

I was told by two different people to use this store. I drove 30+ minutes to get here and will never deal with anyone else for Verizon "issues" again. Personal service and no heavy handed sales pitches. The service reps were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would send/recommend anyone who needed service with Verizon cellular here in a red hot minute.

Santana was a pleasure to deal with and so accommodating to not only myself but the 3 other customers who came into store today while he was helping me. He was alone in the store and very mindful of each customers spatial distancing issues which was appreciated. I wanted to give him an 11 but 10 was the highest star!
