Emergency run to Office Max provided instant positive customer service. The store manager walked to the exact shelf and package (new smaller size!) to replace my 2+yr. old (burned-out that evening) WiFi adapter for my laptop. I ran to one additional aisle (15 min. before closing) to successfully locate a much-needed, school-year style Plan Book for my art studio/office work. (This retired WNY art educator still requires the familiar Sept - June format, with extra months & large, daily, square spaces!) Thank you, Office Max!

I went to office Max/Depot today for a chair for my desk and I was impressed with how easy it was to view all the desks and chairs that were available. They had a very nice selection of merchandise available to view. They treated me very well and the service was excellent. Will definitely go back again for any future needs.

I was having prints made of my Watercolors paintings and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and willing to do repeat prints I until I was satisfied with the color and size. Very patient.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get our poster stickers for a graduation poster board.

The store has everything I need for my business. Staff is always helpful and they always point out specials that may be helpful to me.

The service I received at my local Office Depot was great given it wasn’t easy and was a small job. I left with what I needed quickly and it was not expensive to have done. Thrilled with Anthony and Ben!

I am heading up a Benefit and found myself in dire need of posters and tickets. I went to Office Max and Erin and David in the printing department are amazing people. Erin and David were able to visualize what I wanted and some how produced the posters I needed IMMEDIATELY! I ordered 400 perforated tickets and approved the design, they were ready the next day!
I usually try to keep my business with the smaller businesses in town BUT "he was to busy to do my project!" I am SO happy that happened... I was able to stand right there and express my opinion and ask their opinion as well! Every thing was exactly like I wanted it- and better than I imagined possible!
As for pricing- to be honest, the pricing was VERY fair and reasonable! I would use them again!
