I got so lucky coming to this Autozone. My battery has been giving me issues the last few months and today was finally the last straw. I called ahead to get the price of a new battery. I came to get it and was greeted by Freddy. He asked me some questions and he found out that I actually had warranty on my battery! Not only did he help me, but he treated me with respect even tho I’m a girl going into a car parts store. Most managers or workers would’ve kept that bit of information about the warranty out just to make a sale. But thanks to Freddy’s honesty and amazing customer service, I now have a car that’s running smoothly and now I won’t be broke! Lol thank you so so much Freddy! You’re such a sweet man and a complete life saver! 🙏🏼💙😅 I can’t express how grateful I am!

Wanted to Shout out Freddy- gave the absolute best customer service: I need my high beam light, he assisted immediately and put the light in for me. Just like that I was back in business!!! Thank you Freddy for your pleasant spirit, excellent customer service! You made my day.

It was a cold and windy day here in Houston and I didn’t want to stop. It was late and I was ready to get home. That didn’t stop Tony from helping me with what I needed. Went in the store not sure what part I needed but Tony mares was really helpful. He helped me find the right part for my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back to this location, if I ever need a part again.
