Our sales person, Jim, was outstanding in his knowledge of product brands and the models of each. He went above and beyond to research our old model refrigerator dimensions to ensure that the new model we were considering would fit in the space. Excellent customer service and options available. The delivery team was efficient and excellent at problem solving when hit with a door challenge in our home. We highly recommend Warners' Stellian Appliance!

Did my homework and knew what I wanted. From the moment I entered the Maple Grove store to the delivery of my appliance I was treated with respect. The delivery team was able to make delivery earlier than the appointment time and called to see if I could be home. Two very polite and hardworking men came. They needed to remove my door quickly and remove the old appliance. Then they delivered and set up the appliance which seemed effortless for them. Went over some instructions and they replaced the door and said good bye. Very good experience all the way through.

Variety of appliances in all budgets to choose from. Staff is very knowledgeable. Delivery was easy with good communication, even when we needed to change the date. The delivery team was professional, friendly and personable and did a fabulous job with the install and take-away. Would highly recommend!

Jack was super helpful on the sales floor and getting me all set up with the machines I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. He provided me excellent information on rebates and helped me best understand my warranty options. The delivery team was fast and professional and went above and beyond to help secure the ductwork that came down in the process of moving out the old machines. They allowed me a few minutes to clean between the removal of the old machines and the install of the new ones. Overall great experience!

We recently purchased a new clothes washer from Warners' Stellian Appliance in Maple Grove. From the receptionist to the sales person to the delivery persons, all were very kind, efficient and professional. My wife and I were very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I went to Home Depot first, was ignored for a 1/2 hour. Prices were hair raising. Went to Best Buy, entirely ignored. Never received assistance, prices were worse. Didn't hold out much hope for Warners' Stellian, honestly. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised, not only were the prices at least a $1,000.00 LESS than BB and HD, the service was fantastic! I bought a new fridge in a matter of minutes. I had a very particular list. Then, the Delivery team was a completely different experience from the team who delivered our fridge from Best Buy 4 years ago. Warners' Stellian team was early, efficient, friendly, smiling the whole time, spoke English well, and didn't break anything or scrape up my walls! They were done with everything from hauling off our "old" fridge, to disposing of the plastic and Styrofoam from the new one, in less than an hour! Totally impressed with WS!

Our fridge died on a Wednesday. We met with Jim Berger of the Maple Grove store Thursday night after sharing details of our cabinet opening and wants. Jim had several units identified, sorted by availability and no pressure whatsoever. We made our selection and 4 days later it was delivered and installed. Awesome service.

We purchased a stove from Warners Stellian and the whole experience was so easy. From the sale to the delivery, we had our new stove in less than a week. The delivery guys were wonderful. They were on time, friendly and neat. We just sat back and in about 20 minutes, we had our new stove. We will be using Warners Stellian again!

After looking at several places we found what we were looking for at Warners. Reasonable after comparison shopping. The delivery and installation was exceptional. They were careful and had a great attitude even when some difficulties arose removing the old appliance. Will definitely be back when in need of another appliance.
