Cavender's Boot City

A great friend we made in Arkansas originally from Texas Tommy Payne, told my son where he can get a George Strait cowboy hat since my son really liked his hat. First thing we did this morning was get up to go to the store and purchase the cowboy hat. Once entering we were greeted by Ana,Madison and Brittany. This store has a very big selection they have sales and clearance which is applied once it is scanned at the register. Ana was such a wonderful help my son asked her for everything he needed and she assisted him with such patience. We bought the cowboy hat and much more.

Nice store, bit pricey but good quality. Very friendly and attentive staff. Large selection of work clothes and casual wear. Haven't been there in a long time, but it was a nice experience. Will definatley return.

I always have problems finding my son jeans that fit with no rips or tears. We told the staff we were looking for size 32x38, with no rips, and within minutes, she found multiple pairs, under my budget. Staff was very helpful.

We went to Cavenders to get a hat. The Hat guy Brett was awesome. You can tell he enjoyed his job and knew what he was doing. I will be bringing him my other hat to reshape and clean. Thanks again Brett, you did a great job.

Nice boots and shoes

Went in today to buy my first pair of boots since moving here. Me and my family were met by Dana. She is a real gem. She helped me from start to finish getting me set for my cruise. Very knowledgeable and great taste. She is also great with the kiddo playing with him while i tried on different boots. She definitely made a return customer that will be asking for her by name

First time at this location. I would definitely be shopping here again. I'd like to thank Natasha. She made something that I have been dreading enjoyable, after all this was my fourth store of the day and the day before I was on a hunt for boots as well . Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Brianna was awesome!!! She was friendly and helpful! Best experience I've had there in years. She should train the others to be so pleasant. I bought way more than I had planned because she was so sweet!

The Sales Associates were very helpful. If you are looking for something in particular, talk to one of the Staff Members. They were happy to help.

My husband loves this place and it's the only place he shops. He still knows exactly what he's there for, though, and is in and out in less than 10 minutes. Him: "Hun, I'm done." Me: "Well you gotta me in here, so you just go on and browse, I've barely made it to the jewelry counter." 😂

Love this place go there for all my cowboy hats and everything and the guy who bends and fits your hats had over 13 years experience really great at having conversation not making a dull moment I wish I knew his name but I didn't catch it staff is real friendly and they actually don't follow you around the store like some of the cavenders

Love this store. Lots of selections in western wear. The staff is awesome.

As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted. Every one was friendly. They did not have what I wanted but called another store that had what I was looking for. In the meantime the misses was shopping and found a few items she wanted.

I'm hard of hearing and one of Co worker who little American Sign Language but she good trying best and she very amazing helpful to us find boots, and explained me how to use for stretch. Anyone who deaf or hard of hearing, ask manager who know sign language. She will help you out.
