concerns and took vare of business..message is meant for gage manager for autozone in st Johns..I had went there needing assistance to replace my wipers and air filter and to top off my windshield solvent and to see if the services offered online were correct and they were..I explained to him my situation and he was very respectful and totally cool as I was little embarrassed for asking help but he treated me great listened to my concerns. Texting on app does work but I'm not sure what store it's tied to because they knew nothing about the texts.. but thanjs si muvh gage for setting examples for coworkers and others..see you next time..

Ask for Brock, at the St.Johns store. He is the only person at that Autozone, that knows what he's doing, and also had my parts ready for me to pick up. He had them waiting at front counter for me. 5 Stars for him only!!!!!

Great help!!! We went to town to pick up a few last minute Christmas things and our idler pulley went completely out. The guys there, Mark and Cody, were such huge help. We were able to get the part and use their tools and knowledge to get back on the road quickly. Thanks for getting us back on the road so quickly fellas!!

I was treated to a very friendly and helpful experience by Gage and the other staff at the Auto Zone in St. Johns. Definitely would recommend shoppers to come to this store.

Great place. Been going here for years for less expensive parts for all of my cars (i shop online for anything thatd cost over $200 to save a few bucks). Just about every part you need can be available for pick up within 24 hours if not already in store. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful, ofcourse you should know what you need before you go in and check the part before you leave. They cant know everything about every car, and sometimes give you the wrong part. But thats not the employees fault, its what the computer tell them to get, which isnt always right. Ive driven all the way home to find the replacement rotor for my 5 bolt patterned car is a 4 bolt of the same size AFTER i took off the bad rotor.

Kevin and Mark at the St. John's location totally saved the day for me when I truly needed help. I love the folks ( especially Chuck) at my local Autozone, so maybe I shouldn't have been as surprised as I was with how helpful Kevin and Mark were. I am impressed and thankful. If it weren't for them, I would probably still be on the wrong side of the Straits and very much struggling. Decent, thoughtful folks there.

They get my parts right away and very helpful with answering automotive questions.

Wiper broke while driving, bought 2 new ones kind of pricey but service and wipes were great. They never make me feel stupid when trying to explain what I need, also they even put the new ones on for me yeah.

I needed new windshield wipers. Lacey sold them to me and had them installed in 7 minutes. Very helpful lady!

Needed a new battery for my 2015 Honda LX Civic Sedan. Was able to locate it in stock on the online app. Went over, bought it, and thecsales clerk installed it for me, no charge! Took all of 20 minutes to by it and have it installed.

A young lady there helped us. I wish I'd gotten her name. She really went over the top in helping us get the parts and tools we needed. Fantastic service!

Front counter staff is very knowledgeable. Code puller diagnosed misfire on cylinder 5. Ordered a coil and spark plug. I had the Jeep back up and running as soon as the engine cooled.

Battery went dead at meijer, and the staff at autozone(Owosso,MI)delivered a new one! Don’t get that kind of service anywhere else! It says I credit saint johns , but it was Auto Zone in Owosso!

Very fast got new wiper blades which he put on and out of their in like 12 min. Thank you so much.
